There is a lot of room for improvement
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. The Appartment is located in a busy old Bur Dubai area, close to many attractions and to metro station. It’s also close to the national buses station. However, the Appartment itself is very basic and I didn’t find it comfortable specially that we booked triple beds. There was no dining table and the place is very small. Furniture is old. The fridge is very noisy and we had to put it off at night. Only 2 TV channels. I think it was just convenient and relatively cheaper than most Dubai areas. I recommend it for only guests who want to stay on a budget and casual place. Staff are brilliant and helpful though

Pros:

They Are conmen. What you book and what you get are miles appart. I had booked a 3 twin bed apartment 3rooms. What i get is a single room with 1 twin bed and 1 single bed. For the kitchen the doors are falling off and the bathroom is always wet as water does not go out of the gulleys
