Lugar centrico limpio comodo lo malo nada de atención

El check in y chek out se hace en un hotel diferente pues no tienen recepción el personal es desatento te hacen esperar hasta que quieren, sus políticas no son claras te hacen cobros extras yo me corte un dedo sin darme cuenta y deje una mancha minúscula de sangre en la orilla de la sábana y me hicieron un cargo bastante alto por la limpieza de esta cuando se supone que la ropa de Cama y el cambio de toallas a diario ya están incluidos en el costo la cañería de la regadera es mala se inunda en baño sí tomas una ducha el refrigerador se deshiela dejando charco constante colchones viejos y ondulados con resortes salidos y colchas viejas instalaciones comunes comí terraza viejas y maltratadas además de sucias, zona ruidosa hay tiendas a un lado que llevan mercancías de noche y madrugada, no te dejan descansar, sin duda esperaba algo mejor.

Die Küchenausstattung war sehr spartanisch: Die Töpfe waren nicht in sonderlich gutem Zustand und im Bestecksatz fanden sich keine Gabeln.

Auch einen Zimmersafe gab es nicht.

Ansonsten kann ich Maya Inn weiterempfehlen. Mein Zimmer war wunderbar leise, die Klimaanlage funktionierte und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

It is a basic apartment. The bed was really not comfortable at all and the pillows smell of mildew. The WiFi was pretty bad. Communications about checking in were not explicit or sent to my email

The address on our booking was a bar gate in a wall, with NO sign. Took our driver 45 minutes to find it, including getting out and walking up & down the street asking people.
Then the gate was locked, with no one inside to open it. Our driver tried the phone number on our booking 3 times, but got no answer. He was getting very frustrated, so we got dropped off at the end of 5th Ave, and went walking with luggage in tow, to find a new hotel.
We met a guy at a tour kiosk who offered to help. After trying the same number, he figured out the prefex was wrong for Playa Del Carmen. He switched it and got through only to find out we had to go check in at a different location.
At the main hotel, a staff member walked us back 5 blocks to the original gate, and showed us to our room. It was nice, but a little plain. The next morning we discovered this location had very few amenities, and it was the main hotel that was in most of the photos on the website.
To make matter worse, the kitchenette's pots were too rusted to even use, therefore we ended up spending extra money on meals at restaurants. Plus, the shower was extremely cramped, as it was under a staircase on the other side of the wall. I am 6'2" and had to shower bent over. The ceiling over 2/3 rds of the shower was 5'4 angled down to 3'6" ( I took photos and measuered).
The only highlight of our stay, was the wonderful lady who did a great job of cleaning our room each day.
WE WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
