Breakfast, location, cleanliness
This hotel is crying out for some maintenance and deep cleaning by caring experienced staff. The room initially offered to us was dirty especially the bathroom which should have been classed as unhygienic. The air conditioner broke down twice in 2 days before we were moved to another room. If I ran this hotel, I would be embarrassed by its condition.

Not very clean and not same as pictures
Prachtig, majestueus, stukje rust in een drukke stad. Heerlijk zwembad, prima gym. De kamers zijn prachtig, groots, goed uitgerust. Heerlijke bedden. Heerlijk en divers ontbijt! Service en personeel fantastisch.
Hotel was prachtig bij oplevering. Men moet oppassen dat het wel op niveau blijft. Reparaties blijven soms achter. Badkamer iets klein tov de kamers maar prima.
Prima hotel in Jakarta. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Goed restaurant met een ruime keuze aan ontbijt.
Beetje jammer dat we de hoofdprijs moesten betalen voor 2 flesjes water.
