This hotel is crying out for some maintenance and deep cleaning by caring experienced staff. The room initially offered to us was dirty especially the bathroom which should have been classed as unhygienic. The air conditioner broke down twice in 2 days before we were moved to another room. If I ran this hotel, I would be embarrassed by its condition.

The hotel is old and in bad condition. Needs urgently to be updated. Even the blankets were poor and not properly cleanned

The bathroom door couldn’t close properly as it needed fixing. The unit was a bit dark (we stayed in a suite), lightings were not adequately positioned, though it was clean. Some of the breakfast food was gone before the time was ended. Staff were ok not rude and not friendly either.

Overall, it was nice stay and experience. Will stay here again. Very good customer service.

there is no swining pool like the picture , room was dirty and very long check in so i decide to change the hotel

For a property that is only 3 years old, the facilities are extremely run down. Rooms are not cleaned when serviced. Fridge does not keep even drinks cold. Unable to charge drinks or items to the room. Sent laundry out and two items came back ruined. Staff not happy to assist you or provide recommendations. Hotel is in an average area and lack of facilities means you constantly need to go elsewhere. Overall very disappointing.

Was nice, staff was very friendly

Me and my sister stayed for 3 nights. On out first night, many things in the room need to be fixed. We told them in the next morning, and they were able to fix most of them, they still missed one thing. One of the hanger need to be replaced as it’s broken and has a sharp end. I told them about it, but it didn’t get changed until our last night. We also supposed to get box breakfast as we mentioned when we checked in because we have early flight, but it wasn’t prepared. We waited for 15 minutes and it’s still not ready yet. We had to leave so we don’t missed our flight. The only thing I like the most about this hotel is that the view from my room. We stayed in 17th floor and the view was great.

Old property. Poor condition e.g. AC was not cool enough, needs 2 hrs to get it fixed. Tap water was having issues at night, dirty and brownish...gross.
I regret of having booked this hotel.

The room where I stayed was spacious and clean. Amenities were well equipped.
But, there are ants on some walls and floors. Some were creeping me up while I was sleeping, so you need to be careful about that.
My stay included breakfast and I think it was good except there’s not much variety of food.
The server whose name is Mr. Adnan was helping me a lot, so overall their service level was very satisfying.

I can recommend this hotel if you are thinking of short stay.

It's a new property in Epicentrum area. Big room and nice breakfast.

Very clean and nice property. Breakfast, if you pay to have it included, is well worth the additional fee. Service at this Swiss-Bel was far better than most I have stayed at - very responsive to all requests, including a late check-out. The only uncontrollable is that there is a mosque within a couple blocks, and being a Muslim ran country, they start public prayer at 4am on a loudspeaker. I will stay here again.
