Despite booking a Superior room we were given an old one that did not match the photos. The bathroom was not nice and not clean enough. The receptionist made us wait an hour for our room despite our arriving after the check-in time, without apology. The lobby bathrooms were also not nice.

Otel genel olarak güzel ve kullanışlıydı. Kahvaltısı gerçekten güzeldi. Temizlik ve hizmet konusunda iyilerdi. Gelmek isteyenler için gerçekten önerebileceğim bir yer. Sadece benim kaldığım odanın camı bina arasına bakıyordu. Yazabileceğim tek kusur bu. Onun dışında gerçekten tekrar gideceğim ve gidenlere de önereceğim bir otel.

Our reservation was not honoured and we paid a lot more. The room was clean but soundproofing was non-existent. Noise from other rooms and toilets was very loud and disturbing.

Uzun bir yolculuğun ardından sıcacık karşıladılar, çay ve çorba ikram ettiler . Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Samsun’a geldiğimizde yine aynı yerde kalırız.

I stayed in the suite with a view of the city. Very nice room, friendly staff, comfortable area downstairs for breakfast, close to a tram stop for access to nearby beaches.

On arrival, the receptionist failed to recognise that i have already paid for my booking in advance at the time of my booking and charged me 5400 liras, it only when i complained to expedia that i had my refund...but oddly, when i was charged by expedia, in the first place, they charged more....suggests, that the hotel put me up in a less standard room in the first place.

And then on checkout, i asked for a taxi to return to the airport and the hotel asked me to pay 700 liras....but the taxi i had to get from the airport to the hotel originally costed me 220 liras.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale pulito e bene arredato. In camera ho trovato una favolosa poltrona/amaca relax.personale cortese e cordiale

Beklediğimden daha iyi bir oda çıktı karşıma ve gerçekten otel yanıyordu sıcaktan üşüdüm kelimesi ortadan kaybolmuştu

I think I got a bad room on the 4th floor. It was very noisy at night, the soundproofing is very week.
The breakfast was poor and very limited.

Practically no windows.
One person talks in the hotel all the rooms hears him/her. We herd baby crying whole night. Well intentioned staff but it did not overcome property shortcomings.

Odalar tuvalet kokuyordu. 2 odada kaldık 1. Gün bu şikayet ile başka 2 odaya geçtik. Geçilen odalarda sprey kokusu gidince aynı koku duyuldu.

Genel olarak memnun kaldım temizliği iyiydi sıcak su güzeldi. Kahvaltıda yeterli ve doyurucu. Tavsiye edilir fiyat permormans olarak iyi

Very nice otel in very nice location near Gar tramway station and all buses
markets is beside the otel also
Room is big and clean
Staff very friendly i would say thanks to Sanaa , she talk very well english and she help me in everything
