Spacious. Comfortable

Grand hôtel où nous étions quasi seul en Mars 2024. Très belle chambre, grande, confortable avec une super salle de bain. Très grande piscine avec transats confortables et bien exposés. Personnel très sympathique même si il n'est pas toujours facile de se comprendre.
Le seul inconvénient est la proximité d'une route très bruyante et la distance éloignée des points d'intérêt

The hotel has a great location and property. The rooms are large, spacious and well appointed. Over all maintenance was good.
But what was lacking was the lack of servives and cutting of the corners.
Small things like some one start the televisions was a big headache as there is often no one to recieve your call at reception or room service.
Even if some one picked there was no one to attend to your request.

There was no professionalism in taking care of guest like providing dental kit without being asked atleast twice. Even the towels and other lenin was not as clean as expected.

Breakfast was odanary than expexted by the size and standaed of the hotel. It could have been better. Even what was available was not adequately served.
The hotel was visibly understaffed. Though it could be safe to blame the covid.

Our stay was very pleasant and courteous staff

Excellent stay .very friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist and food at the restaurant was consistently outstanding .convenient to bird sanctuary. Highly recommend .

Location close to the bird sanctuary is the only saving grace. The restaurant is quite bad and the room felt like the sheets were damp and musty. The staff is unfriendly and the overall experience was rather forgettable.

L'hôtel est un peu perdu sur le bord de la route à 7 ou 8 km du Parc. Le personnel est sympathique mais excepté à l'accueil, il ne comprend pas très bien l'anglais. Nous avions un pb d'eau chaude dans la douche et après l'avoir expliqué, on nous a apporté une bouteille d'eau minérale. Mais ils font bcp d'efforts.la piscine est très bien entretenue. Les chambres moins, sol collant et murs des toilettes non nettoyés.

Bed sheets were full of stains, I needed to request them to put clean bed sheets in my bed. The hotel photos were probably taken years ago. The hotel now is a bit old. Breakfast was ok and service was good. It is way too expensive for what it offers

Nice hotel with a beautiful open view of a green field.

Nice Hotel at NH with fine facilites☺. Friendly staff made our stay cool and comfortable.🤗
However some improvement in food is required as its not upto the mark😒

Not a well maintained property for the kind of rates charged. Even the basics is not in place - heating in the room, channels on Television etc. Really overpriced property.

The overall stay was good but there are couple of things which should be worked on in order to be a perfect place:
1. Seepage in building considering it is comparatively new resort
2. Service during lunch / dinner / breakfast needs lot of improvement considering if the place becomes sightly occupied, it takes lot of time to get items delivered due to limited staff
3. Conflict in terms of what is booked vs what is offered. In my case, my breakfast was complimentary while booking online, but I had to pay for it at the hotel as they said they are not aware of the same

Good things:
1. Hospitality was very pleasing
2. Staff made extra effort for every request made
3. Staff was quit supportive and available at all times
4. location is good

Regenta resort offered us a good stay with great ambience. While a new hotel, with some initial hiccups (food quality can be improved significantly), the resort is ideally located near Keoladeo National Park, while offering a sense of seclusion. The hotel went to great lengths to offer a cultural experience to its visitors as well - with puppetry shows and local dances.
