The hotel is nicely located in a quiet road right next to one of the main spots in Bukhara.
I had initially booked a 'Deluxe Double Room' (which came with a higher cost) but they gave me a standard room without telling me. It was me who realized it and when I raised it, the answer was 'sorry, the room you booked it is not available'. I got the type of room booked the following night, but when the moment to pay the bill came, they charged as if I stayed the whole time in the deluxe double room. Also, since they do not accept card payments (I tried to message them through booking but did not receive a reply), we paid cash in euros and unlike other hotels in Uzbekistan who used the standard exchange rate, they made their own.
Beautiful hotel, very traditional looking, super clean, and superb location in the heart of old Bukhara! Really kind, helpful staff, too, and the breakfast was superb!

Excellent location – on the outskirts of the old part of Bukhara, near Labi Hauz Square, in a quiet and peaceful street. The hotel is intimate. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a bathroom. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The helpful staff assisted us in reserving a dinner with a dance show.

Our stay at magical Bukhara, at this beautiful hotel, in this comfortable room was totally unproblematic. The hotel's location is perfect, pretty much everything is at a walking distance. Only thing, people with mobility issues should take into consideration that taxis can not reach the hotel's street and that there is no elevator. But the staff is always more than willing to assist with everything you might need! We enjoyed very much our stay and we felt very cosy and welcomed!
Overall cleaning was good (the room was cleaned every day) but it could be improved at some details, for example, the dust around headboard. Also, don't expect something extra at he breakfast, but after spending many days in the country I get that it is a common thing.
Very nice hotel in the old city, walking distance to all the main sites, lovely staff and great breakfast. They arranged our transportation to and from train station, also provided with snacks on the day of our departure when we left earlier than hotel’s breakfast. Would stay again.
Great location, 5 mins walk away from all the attractions. Rooms spacious and lovely decorations. Staff extremely helpful and polite, especially Kareem.

My only complaint was the air con. It was very loud and would make loud cracking noises. I had to turn it off at night so I could sleep.
