Pros:

Location nice and central, easy walk to all ends of town. Great attentive and helpful staff, every request we had was answered with a positive!
Simple and clean facilities, comfortable bed. Our 1st floor room still had descent Matterhorn views and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The property is somewhat aged and could do with a refurbishment, but everything was clean and functioned perfectly.

Absolutely reccommend. Quaint, but dated, property. Staff was wonderful.
Pros:

Location was ideal for us.

Cons:

Due to train delay, we arrived later than expected.
Self check in was flawed.
Once the staff was contacted, they straightened everything out.
but it wasted our valuable time.

The balcony is the highlight—it offers a perfect spot where you can enjoy a direct view of the Matterhorn.

Cons:

There’s no bidet, though that’s not uncommon in many European hotels. Aside from that, everything is perfect.

Comfortable, well taken care off stay
Pros:

Good breakfast, clean rooms, extremely courteous staff. Good location with amazing views of the Matterhorn from the sit out.

Cons:

Tea/Coffee making facility in the room. Some bathroom fittings and door latches, locks need refurbishing.

Pros:

Perfect Matterhorn view from the balcony. We stayed for 2 nights and managed to see the sunrise from the balcony. We were thankful to be given the room on the high floor. Breakfast and service were good. The hotel's location is 13mins walking distance from the train station.
