Cons:

La colère de la responsable devant les clients , le bruit qu'elle a fait avec la vaisselle ,le bruit du lave-vaisselle, et la voir claquer les portes à été vraiment très désagréable,et inapproprié.
L'herbergement correspondait à nos attentes au niveau des prestations,mais déçue par la salle de bain: robinet dévissé, peinture qui s'écaille, joint plus très nette.
Que l'établissement soit vintage ne me dérange pas mais qu'il ai des négligences sur l'état m'a déçue.

Ubytování bylo ve skvělé lokalitě. Personál byl naprosto skvělý! Pokoj byl nachystán již brzy ráno, po check-outu jsme si mohli naše zavazadla nechat v lyžárně až do večera. Poměr cena-výkon naprosto super!☺️ Výhled z balkónu byl za odměnu!

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quieter part of Zermatt. It has a more low-key feel that we really liked compared to the hotels closer to the center with bustling restaurants / bars attached to them. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the self check-in upon arrival was super easy, you just go in and collect your keys which are left on the desk. Breakfast was great too! We are also very grateful for how welcoming and kind the staff were :)
