First of all the two girls from the Azores working at the hotel. They were outstanding!
The location and the Matterhorn view from the balcony plus the great breakfast.

Pros:

Clean,neat,spacious room with the view of Matterhorn in the balcony. We did self checkin and had a little difficulty. Rest everything was great. Special mention to dear Paula. Very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Self checkin as we were left to fend for ourselves. A bit of an issue for elderly.
