Pros:

Excellent option low budget to stay in Zermatt. The balcony has a privileged view of Matterhorn, the rooms are big and bright, very clean. Staff at the breakfast is very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room has carpet and it's old, therefore it is a bit smelly.

Nette badkamer, schoon, vriendelijk personeel

Pros:

Location nice and central, easy walk to all ends of town. Great attentive and helpful staff, every request we had was answered with a positive!
Simple and clean facilities, comfortable bed. Our 1st floor room still had descent Matterhorn views and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The property is somewhat aged and could do with a refurbishment, but everything was clean and functioned perfectly.

Absolutely reccommend. Quaint, but dated, property. Staff was wonderful.
Pros:

Location was ideal for us.

Cons:

Due to train delay, we arrived later than expected.
Self check in was flawed.
Once the staff was contacted, they straightened everything out.
but it wasted our valuable time.
