Aufenthalt bei Ihnen hat mir sehr gefallen, immer wieder gern!
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang von der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft (besonderes Lob!!!). Sehr aufmerksames Personal beim Buffet/Frühstück. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war gut, es war sauber. Die Lage war hervorragend - relativ ruhig aber doch super zentral!

Cons:

Man kann über eingeschränkte Menge Geschirr meckern: z.B. kein Wasserkocher (Kaffeemaschine ersetzt den nicht voll) oder kein Topf/keine Pfanne bei vorhandenem E-Herd, dessen Funktion für mich in dem Fall rätselhaft war. Nicht, dass ich das brauchte oder mich irgendwie eingeschränkt fühlte, war aber irgendwie komisch. Die Zufahrt in die Tiefgarage war nicht ganz einfach zu finden, trotz sehr ausführlicher Erklärung - vielleicht war die lange Anreise schuld. Dei Parkplätze sind eng, was angeblich ganz normal für Basel ist. Die Rezeption und das Restaurant sind im anderen Hotel(Teil) auf der anderen Straßenseite - war für mich gar kein Problem, man muss es bloß bei später Anreise etc. beachten.

Idéal pour un séjour découverte à Bâle
Pros:

La situation par rapport à la vieille ville de Bâle. La proximité des transports publics. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. Le service et le personnel agréable, souriant et parlant le français. La chambre et le lit tip-top. L'équipement de la chambre avec la machine à café Nespresso et le frigo. Salle de bain et produits inclus de qualité.
