Great location, large apartment with sea views. Close to bars & restaurants.
Pros:

Location was excellent near stand & pubs, restaurants.
Large apartment,& comfortable beds. Undercover, secure car park was good to have.
Also very friendly staff.

Cons:

A couple of towels were not good quality, but got changed by reception. No other issues.

The oven didn’t work, we booked this type of room so we can cook, and not have to eat out every meal, the staff didn’t advise us about the oven until after we checked in and they showed us where to go,

We had a fantastic time. Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The unit was extremely clean and staff were excellent and solved issues immediately. Location was fantastic. Sea views, Magnetic Island View.

Cons:

Could have had more sun on balcony. Had a big palm tree blocking sun. LOL

Location good for access to the Strand, food etc

Cons:

We deliberately booked and paid extra for the Accessibility room. The shower floor is slippery, whilst there is good access for a wheelchair patron our need was for a shower seat, which it doesn’t have. All other accommodation we have used has had a fold down seat option.
There was no hot water on Day 1 of our stay, apparently due to a gas line problem. No advice of this until we chased reception and no consideration of any recompense.
