Great location and friendly staff!
Pros:

Great location. Right near the Strand and within walking distance of Coles, cafes, restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and came with everything needed to eat in and have a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The outside of the building needs some work to make it look more inviting.

Great spot for a weekend stay near the Strand
Pros:

Beautiful big apartment with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Main had a big corner bath that the kids loved.
Nice to walk to the strand in the morning, close to the Beach Hotel for dinner and Origin Night.
Kids loved the fact there was a courtyard to play in and the pool (though didn't swim much as it was a bit fresh).
Parking good. But only for sedans as low clearance height to the parking area. Can park out the front of reception if you have a higher vehicle.

A fabulous hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

What an excellent hotel! I booked it because it was cheapish and appeared to be close to places to eat, we were getting in fairly late and it was only for one night. But it was excellent! Hands down the most comfortable (soft) hotel bed I have ever slept in. The room was really comfortable with a couch as well as the bed and a lovely view from the balcony. Nice and close to The Strand but just far enough away for it to not be noisy. We were there on State of Origin night and no problems with noise (apart from the occasional faint Ooh when something exciting happened at the nearby hotel). We loved it so much we immediately booked in for three more nights at the end of our trip! Also the staff were very helpful and the pool area is lovely, very relaxing.

Cons:

The only thing was that sometimes it was a bit tricky getting the garage door to open - but that's all, just a very minor thing.

Cons:

Was not clean and staff was unfriendly and did not tried in any way to make you feel welcome.

I got call a call the day befor asked about arrival time and got told that we can check in early at 13:00 with no problems. On arrival we got told that our room was not ready and that we need to wait 40 min.
When we entered the apartment we had sweet Moldovan smell in the kitchen that was coming from molding bread in one of the cupboards.
After asking for re clean what got done.
We found later that all the outside chairs have been full of bird shit. The kitchen all draws and other cupboard had still food debris and sticky surface.

Wifi was not working in the rooms, smart tv was saying signal is not strong enough same as our phones and iPad newest models.
