Läget, rummen och frukosten.

Cons:

Det enda som kan vara lite jobbigt när man är lite äldre är att belysningen är väldigt dov, både i rummen och i matsalen. Svårt att hitta ett svart nattygsbord och en svart lampknapp i mörkret.

Good position, not particularly helpful or friendly staff
Cons:

One lady on first arrival very nice.
The younger staff, not very pleasant to deal with especially the younger unhelpful and rude man on our departure. Our luggage that the older lady helped us leave as our departure was after checkout put in room downstairs. On leaving the young man not only didn’t help when the room was pitch black and we couldn’t see anything instead of helping asked me to get it and said “ what’s wrong are you scared of the dark”
Stayed in many lovely hotels never had that kind of response anywhere.

Welcoming luxury close to station
Pros:

Conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from Oslo Central Station. Exceptionally pleasant, helpful staff. Bar and restaurant have lovely relaxed atmosphere and good food. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with a magnificent choice of foods - hands down the best breakfast I have ever experienced in any hotel, anywhere: if you can’t find anything to enjoy eating there, you must really hate breakfast!

Cons:

Poor selection of towels in the room was out of keeping with the rest of the hotel experience, and the shower-over-bath set-up with tiny glass screen made for a wet floor and soggy mats.

Excellent service and central location
Pros:

The breakfast and the friendliness of the staff were by far the best. The gym was also very well equipped. It was very quiet, and the room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. It's steps away from the Opera House, the Munch Museum, and the sauna for entering the fjord.

Cons:

The room cleaning was done very late, or they would only come by to ask if I needed fresh towels. Having informed them that I would be spending my birthday at the hotel, they didn't greet me or even offer a small birthday greeting. A little gesture would have been nice.

Dobrze wyposażona siłownia, czystość, komplet kosmetyków w łazience. Wspaniała lokalizacja hotelu. Miły Bar z dobrym jedzeniem i drinkami.

Accueil aimable, et petit déjeuner génial, copieux , frais, à la demande ; et personnel de service particulièrement attentionné tous les jours un peu plus !
Le dîner un soir au bar était également correct mm si la carte est trop réduite à notre gout.
L'environnement est très bien avec une offre de restauration variée et de qualité ; les musées sont à 2 pas, la gare centrale à moins de 500 mètres, et les trams au pied de l'hôtel. Super emplacement,

Par contre catastrophe pour la literie ; stop à la mode des surmatelas qui ne tiennent pas en place, et aux oreillers en mousses synthétiques mal agglomérées ...
