Cobblestone Inn & Suites Fairfield Bay

The breakfast was very good. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were good and shower was hot with good pressure. I was there for a workshop next door at the convention center and hotel was very convenient.

Summer heat made it a quiet week in August but the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable!

Service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I was next to the elevator and the noise level was non- existent. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower if your forget yours. Breakfast was good.

Great stay with friends! New, extremely clean room and bathroom, and very nice linens. It was cool in the room, but we would have liked to have been able to make it cooler the night we stayed.

My husband & I love Fairfield Bay. This is the first time we stayed at Cobblestone. Let me start with the positves: the rooms were clean; the beds are very comfortable; we love the suite room; the breakfast is a good & it's free; Teresa, Kaden, & Brandon at the front desk were great to deal with; when you remember to say you are Cobblestone, there are discounts everywhere. We did have to change our room due to an air conditioning issue but they got us changed quickly. Other family members had to change rooms due to a water leak & then again due to air conditioning issue. The 3rd couple in our party had no issues with their room. And then when everyone came in for the weekend, some kid pulled the fire alarm at midnight which caused all kinds of havoc. The staff got us back inside pretty quickly though. I did see gripes in other reviews about the parking but good gracious it's right across the street, not a far walk and not a busy street. You do have to drive to a pool, not too terribly far but still a drive, and the pool is shared with everyone staying within Fairfield so it can get crowded. We love the Fairfield Bay Marina - the staff there is super. (Shout out to Maggie - be sure to ask for her and she will get you taken care of with a pontoon or boat. She's helpful, knowledgeable, funny & a hard worker - please be sure to tip those young people who actually work & are good at their jobs). Overall we love our trips to Fairfield and Greers Ferry Lake. We look forward to next year.

Our room was clean and quiet. Staff were all very friendly. Several close food places are only open the last couple days of the week.

Room was great and service as well. The restaurant food and service were fantastic. Highly recommended.
Walking trails nearby also.

very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Not much parking at the hotel. but plenty next door and across the street. the staff was very helpful and friendly. they provided plenty of area information. Was not cheap. but well worth the chain price. I would recommend that you make reservations. Call them, don't go through apps. there is not many rooms and the hotel fills up on weekends.
