Dificuldade no check in, mas é um bom hotel
Pros:

Localização no centro de Vaduz, próximo das principais atrações locais. Acomodação muito confortável (cama, chuveiro e tamanho do quarto).

Cons:

Não gostei da gestão do hotel quanto ao check in. Eu já sabia que era self check-in, via totem e sem atendimento humano, mas a falta de gestão me fez esperar quase uma hora para conseguir acessar os quartos. Como era uma reserva para dois quartos, o procedimento do check in de usar o número da reserva do Booking no totem não funcionou, e uma mensagem informando que havia mais de uma reserva foi encontrada com o número digitado e que eu devia ligar na hotline pelo meu celular. Tentei contato pelo telefone por muito tempo (uns 40 minutos) e sempre era emitida mensagem de que os atendentes estavam ocupados, mesmo sendo 01:00 AM. Falei várias vezes com uma atendente via interfone existente do lado de fora do hotel, mas ela não teve vontade ou autonomia para ajudar. Só consegui que me atendessem depois de ligar para o Booking e enviar mensagem para a acomodação pelo chat do Booking, onde me enviaram dois novos números de reserva. Com eles, consegui fazer o check in e acessar os quartos. Pelo visto essa situação problemática de check in de dois quartos com um número de reserva é algo comum, portanto, sugiro que a acomodação envie por mensagem, com antecedência, os números das reservas que devem ser digitadas no totem. Vai facilitar a vida de todos e deixar os clientes satisfeitos. Fica a dica para a administração do hotel.

Das Zimmer und das dazugehörige Bad war groß, hell und sauber. Der Saunabereich im Keller ist sehr gemütlich.

Definitivamente não é um hotel 4 estrelas. Check in on line sem assistência a (só informação para número de telefone se tiver problema), nenhum toilete disponível na recepção (só teria acesso após o check in com chave do quarto), sem local para deixar a bagagem em situação de chegar antes do horário do check in. Café da manhã muuuito inferior a um hotel 4 estrelas. Água quente do chuveiro não esquentou e tive que tomar banho frio. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum. Não sei como podem ter qualificado como hotel 4 estrelas. Me senti enganada.

Excellent service and convenient location for a perfect stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and the reception that we got was wonderful. They showed us the entire place and gave us tips and recommendations on where to eat. I would definitely go back there again.

Forvirrende selvbetjening. Forvirrende innsjekk og forvirrende utsjekk. Leverte nøkkel, men oppdaget plutselig mail om utsjekking i innboksen. Hvis det er mening å sjekke ut via en email, er det vel greit å få beskjed om det på hotellet?
