Herausforderungen bei der Ankunft; Lage zentral.

Super zentrale Lage, leckeres Frühstück, Personal vor Ort war prima.

Cons:

Die angepriesenen Hotel-Parkplätze waren am ersten Tag nicht erreichbar (Strassenumbau) – darüber wurde man aber erst vor Ort informiert und einen Ersatz-Parkplatz musste man sich auch selber suchen.
Bei der Buchung wurde mein Name falsch erfasst und da b-smart keine Rezeption vor Ort hat, dauerte es einen Moment, bis wir einchecken konnten. Nachdem wir und das Auto dann "versorgt" waren, hat es insgesamt aber doch ziemlich gepasst. Das Zimmer war eher klein und ist nicht ausgelegt für längere Aufenthalte drinnen.

מיקום מעולה, נקי מאד ונח !

מיקום מדהים !!! הכי במרכז שאפשר, במרחק הליכה מכל מקום, ומרחק נסיעה נח מאד לאוסטריה ושוויץ, חניה מאד נוחה.

היה חסר מזגן… היה שבוע חם, והלילות היו קשוחים ללא מזגן.

Disappointing and rude staff
Pros:

The only good thing is the location

Cons:

Very difficult to get in, everything is done remotely, there is no reception and you can only speak with the staff ringing a bell. The people answer grudgingly and they do not explain much. I called them 3 times for information and they stop answering me , very rude staff and very bad experience .

Convenient but needs improvement
Pros:

The location is good and the hotel itself is comfortable. For me, the self-check-in process was smooth, although the instructions could be clearer.

Cons:

The temperature in the room was too hot. As the room is close to the street, it was also quite noisy because of road works. They could have talked with the city if they could start the road works at 9:00 am or 10:00 so that customers can sleep well. For a four-star hotel, it would have been better to include amenities such as a fridge and a water boiler. Customer service could also be improved, especially when handling important disputes.
