Position close to Pikes place market. Although limited,the food was very good.
The high prices in the whole area were a surprise to us and the hotel was probably only matching those high prices. Maybe the prices felt high because we are from the UK.
Great location but neighborhood has allot of homeless peope.Bed was comfortable
Amenities fee was unexpected and not worth it . Wanted $8 for bottle of water in the room. Allot of homeless peope less people in the area . Not a great area to stay in Seattle for that reason
The place was nice and I enjoyed the stay, staff was excellent and so is the location. The rooftop was cool and had a great view. As always LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, less than a block from pikes place.
Felt the value just wasn't there. Parking was expensive, amenity fee was pretty pointless (got you $15 off at the hotel restaurant and not much else for like $30, so enough to get a coffee). Did not have coffee or anything like that available in room or in the lobby. Generally felt that the value just wasn't there. Clean, nice stay but just not worth the money to me.

4.00 pm. Check in Time , even 15 minutes prior check in time they asked for a $25.00 payment . Elevators slow and only one working.
Sits on the corner a block from the Market. Staff super helpful and courteous. Hotel lobby had snacks and complimentary water and coffee and very inviting area.
If you take an early walk to Starbucks in the Market, you can’t ignore the worst of Seattle’s drug problems. Crazy how they shoot up in broad daylight, and they’re everywhere. Seems like the city has given up on addressing the problem. At least the city cleans the street, and the despair is not as noticeable after 8.
Location
Someone on staff controlling the temperature on air conditioning. I am very capable of turning air up on down without having to call staff to change it. Did not like paying an extra $25.00 per day for something I would never use. Over charge. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
The room bed and linens/towels were good quality and comfortable. Shower and towels with a nice touch of robes.
Public places were not clean... bathroom downstairs, hallways. Most upsetting was room was not ready when promised and had to wait until 4:36 due to shortage cleaning staff. I was tired and ready to check in.
This boutique hotel was right at the heart of the Pike’s Place waterfront. We walked everywhere to Space Needle and Chihuly Garden, sunset sail cruise off Pier 66, Urban Coffee to meet bus for day tour to Mt Rainier, and lots of visits to eat at Pike’s Place. Services was excellent, view of water was lovely. Would absolutely go again!

Das Hotel reserviert pro Nacht 100 Dollar Kaution. Pro Tag bekommt man einen Coin im Wert von 15 Dollar, der nur im hoteleigenen Restaurant eingelöst werden kann.

The hotel told us the shuttle to the pier was $15 per person. When we paid the driver, he said $60 for 4 of us, but when we told him our boys were paying for themselves, he charged us $45 for 2 people, totaling $90.
The hotel is located in a fabulous walkable area. There are lots of restaurants within walking and many activities. The Pier is located right behind the hotel and the views are amazing! The hotel is well appointed, clean and the staff was fabulous! The Ben Paris eatery was also great!
