The hotel was very modern, maintenance free, and the staff was friendly.
The housekeeping moved my rolled up dirty clothes from the floor and put them in my wife's suitcase and kept moving the stool in the shower, the staff wasn't very helpful with tours,

Cleanliness, location
When we arrived at the lobby floor after a long train ride, tired and dehydrated, we wanted to catch our breath and sort our bags before we drop them off at the reception until check in time.
Before we could even sit down, a young security staff asked us what we were doing there, and wouldn't even let us sit down before we verified our reservation with the reception. He was very adamant, hostile and not hospitable towards us for no reason.
We never encountered such behavior from the hotel staff anywhere, let alone in Japan. It really ruined our perception of the hotel and spoiled our day.
The other staff at the reception also felt like they were trying to rush us out of every situation, almost as if just to keep the lobby empty.
Moreover basic amenities like single use slippers were not free and cost 300 yen, unlike any other hotel we have been to in Japan.
Great location, the room is spacious and the massage chair was unbelievable.

The Kyobashi Station was literally right outside the hotel which was great and made moving around to the main spots really easy especially after a days walking. Staff were incredible, room was decent sized, vending machine on every floor, clean, bathrooms modern etc. Favourite part was the massage chair!

Great location for exploring Tokyo as close to Tokyo station and has a subway station outside entrance. Some nice places to eat close by especially under the railway arches.
Wouldn’t book a taxi to airport for us.

The location was central near the metro and a comfortable walking distance to Ginza. Also next to a 7-Eleven which was a bonus.
The room had a funky smell that didn’t go away even after we turned on the air filter. When we entered the first room it was so bad we asked to switch to a new room which they agreed to immediately. And even though the second one we settled on was better, the odour was still unmistakable. Will not return just for this reason alone.
Location, room size, cleanliness
Breakfast was not varied and the options were always the same on the 6 nights we stayed there.
It was clean and comfortable, the size of the room was very good for a couple with two large luggages. Super close to metro, 7/11 and close to Tokyo Station. They forwarded our luggages to our Kyoto hotel a day before check out. Staff was helpful. The massage chair and heated toilet with many functions were a plus.
We expected to have more western breakfast choices for example some kinds of cheese, there was only cow milk choice for coffee. Some fruits smelled like fish they probably used the same tongs to prepare.

Slightly better than other business hotels. More space, better beds and larger bathroom. Good location to move around Tokyo especially if you don't want huge crowds around.
Room was not well cleaned, had to ask the front desk. The room was definitely showing its age and would benefit from a renovation. Same goes for some bed linen.
