Have stayed several times at this property. Classy, comfortable, clean and the BEST free breakfast hands down.

We were celebrating out anniversary and it exactly what we needed.

I was shocked that the front desk had zero efforts in making our stay a good one when I notified them about the TV not working. There was no apology or effort made-one guy blamed housekeeping (how is this their fault?) and the other guy said they would have to fix it later…..The valet was backed up and we had issues getting in….. the bathroom was not stocked properly. I expect more for what we paid for this room

The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Location is great and within walking distance to Main Street / downtown.

Our stay was not as expected. We checked in settled in and went to turn the tv on it didnt work. So we called front desk and they sent maintenance over to bring us a remote... as she was there at the door to deliver the remote ahe came in to make sure it worked.

As this was happening i pulled the covers back on the pullout bed, and there were chips and popcorn all over the bed. I pointed this to her and she asked if it would be okay to take pictures. I said yes. She said she'd speak to a manager and bring new sheets and that someone would call us. That never happened!

Next day were sitiing eating breakfast and under the side table we see something pink...my daughter picked it up not knowing what it was and it turns out it was a dirty woman underwear inside out completely disgusting.

We took pictures and walked down to the front desk to show them. They said management was already looking into the first incident and someone would call us shortly. That never happened.

Next day... check out day i call and dpeak to front desk and ask for an update. They again said someone will talk with you guys once you check out and bring keys upfront. That never happened.

I do not recommend this hotel i had high hopes...we are very disappointed and will not return nor recommend it

Our room was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a city view. Very impressive! The hotel was very clean and beautiful and smelled so good. The view was great and so was customer service. We had never stayed here before, but we loved it and will definitely come back. Also loved the fact that check out is 12pm. Highly recommend this place. Especially for families.

Let me first say that this is really one of the nicest Residence Inns I have ever stayed at. The hotel itself is clean, modern and very nice.

But I would never stay here again on a weekend. And it’s not the hotel’s fault - but downtown Greenville transforms from an awesome downtown during the day to a scene of car cruising and racing at night. Cars with the loudest mufflers cruise up and down the streets - each car obviously trying to outdo the next one and get attention. Someone might end up getting killed or hit by a car the way they race.

Additionally, a very loud music club appears to have opened directly across the street from the hotel and the bass music is still thumping as I type this at 1am on a Saturday night (in between the roaring engines).

The owners and management of all the hotels in downtown Greenville need to get with the PD and City Council and figure out what to do on weekends. My suggestion is police road blocks on all the major intersections in downtown to monitor vehicle traffic - along with a stricter noise ordinance to address the mufflers.

I know this sounds like a total overreaction. But it’s really a shame that Greenville has such an amazing downtown - and I would never, ever come back and stay there on a weekend again. Too loud. Way too loud. I’ve stayed in NYC, Chicago, London, etc and I’ve never heard noise like this at a hotel.

So be warned. And it is a shame because the hotel and staff are 5 stars.

A beautiful place. unfortunately our stay was very brief but the facility was beautiful and super clean. Friendly staff and it was in a great location! we walked to everything we wanted to see and there was all kinds of great restaurants to choose from!
