Cons:

Horrible stay, A/C did not do its job, and the room was hotter than outside. The staff was not that friendly and they were pushy about not renting online.

Pros:

This hotel was just ok, we were just traveling through so only stayed 1 short night. Front desk person was friendly and the beds were comfortable. However no Kleenex in the room, ice machine was broken, I just think the place is run down.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Pros:

I made an on-line reservation in February for this location. I called just before my arrival to check the cancellation policy. The woman, who barely spoke English, told me I would have to contact Oyo. I finally got the information I needed from her, thanked her and hung up. She called be back to say I was rude! She also sent a text message. I ended up cancelling and will NEVER stay here.

Can't really rate the property. I booked this room for my husband and son. The front desk employee didn't let them check in because I bought online too cheap and this property wants to charge more for staying there and once we not accepted, start lowering the amount, and as we didn't accepted the employee start to scream when we said that we already payed for the room. It escalated to the point she called the police. The way this place runs their business is horrible. Feels like I been scammed. Of course my husband didn't stayed there. Now fighting to have our money back. It was a waist of our time and energy. I DO NOT recommend this place. 0 stars.

Not ready for customers!!
Pros:

They are not ready for customers! The whole place was spooky. The lobby photo on site because it's the only thing close to being ready to service customers. I wandered quite some time to find my room, it was a very confusing, dark, lots of construction materials. I did not stay - got my refund and quickly left.

The charge was more than Booking.com said and the also charged a fee for using my credit card. No one else does that.

No happy…charged more than shown on my booking!

Cons:

Minimal soap, no shampoo, no Kleenex, no hair dryer in room! Furniture and bedding from 1970s. Parking lot full of snow at entrance to hotel.
