Pros:

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

I checked in late at night and the staff was kind of rude and there seems to be an extra little charge for everything including using my card to pay

Short. Very hot. Smelly. Over the top incense from the lady running around in her pj's

Absolutely nothing. Well maybe the sign in the front. Looked nice.

Everything. It was 109 degrees. No ac in lobby that had gross over powering Incense burning. Dead plants. Humid plus hot and like the worst gma scented bath beads and JUST AWFUL. CHEAP. THE LADY CAME OUT IN HALF PAJAMA GOWN AND SLIPPERS OR BAREFOOT
THE AC UNITS IN THE HALL ARE UNITS FOR MOTOR HOMES. WITH BUCKETS AND HOSES FOR WATER
LITERALLY LINED UP INSIDE THE HALLS. THERE EXTERIOR UNITS.
I ASKED FOR REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS SO HOT. Then she didn't want to refund it all. Had to waste numerous hours trying to speak to someone for full refund. Booking.com said they'd help to recover money AND they'd also so something like credit or something to make up for this awful experience THERE AND TRYING TO GET REFUND VIA BOOKING.

Pros:

This hotel was just ok, we were just traveling through so only stayed 1 short night. Front desk person was friendly and the beds were comfortable. However no Kleenex in the room, ice machine was broken, I just think the place is run down.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Pros:

I made an on-line reservation in February for this location. I called just before my arrival to check the cancellation policy. The woman, who barely spoke English, told me I would have to contact Oyo. I finally got the information I needed from her, thanked her and hung up. She called be back to say I was rude! She also sent a text message. I ended up cancelling and will NEVER stay here.
