The best hotel in PRATTVILLE , Alabama!!
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely great..The front staff was so nice, and gave great advice about things to do in the area..I love how the shopping stores & restaurants were so close to this hotel..The room was big and very comfortable..I will always stay here whenever I'm in prattville...

Cons:

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel..

Probably will choose a different location next time.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Shower floor and bathroom floor was dirty when checked in. Not a lot of toliet tissue on roll and no extra in bathroom. Temperature could not be controlled, door would not open, coffee maker in room didn’t work properly, shower was not ADA compliant (was requested) and finally I was walked in on by cleaning crew before I even checked out.

The location to the shops. The staff was very friendly.

The elevators did not work properly. The floors creeked in the hallway.

Clean and overall Friendly staff. Nick was superb!

Cons:

I loved everything ! Don’t book with Booking.com. They canceled my reservation mid travel. Had I not noticed I might not had a room. Booking.com is the worst!

Pros:

We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked like there was a good selection.

Cons:

The pool was the smallest I have ever seen. We chose this hotel because it said it had a pool. My granddaughters were looking forward to that portion of our trip. We went out to the pool and it was crowded with several groups sitting around it with coolers. Not the atmosphere we wanted for the kids
