Don’t Book with Booking.com
Pros:

Clean and overall Friendly staff. Nick was superb!

Cons:

I loved everything ! Don’t book with Booking.com. They canceled my reservation mid travel. Had I not noticed I might not had a room. Booking.com is the worst!

Pros:

We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked like there was a good selection.

Cons:

The pool was the smallest I have ever seen. We chose this hotel because it said it had a pool. My granddaughters were looking forward to that portion of our trip. We went out to the pool and it was crowded with several groups sitting around it with coolers. Not the atmosphere we wanted for the kids

Bad Breakfast but Good Services

The room and staff

Cons:

The food was awful. They didn't have bigger bowls for the cereal. They were extremely to small. The sausage wasn't cooked all the way or brown, no cream cheese for the bagels, and the coffee was terrible and that was because of thr cheap brand. People was leavong the hotel going other places to nuy food and letting other guess know that they were eating breakfast other places.

The location was good. Easy to get to and easy to access from interstate. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Cons:

Our room's AC did not turn off so the room was a bit cold. When we got there around 11pm, we waited by the door and buzzed the front desk for about 7 minutes before anyone noticed we were there trying to get in. It was a bit concerning and had us worried we wouldn't be able to get in and not have a place to stay for the night. Eventually, someone let us in. It's good they have it locked for protection, however, it was concerning not knowing if someone was going to come let us in. Also, we were placed in a queen bed room not a king bed as booked which wasn't a big deal to us, but may be for others.

Overpriced accommodations.
Pros:

The location was good. We picked this hotel to attend a baby being held there. It was close too many shopping areas.

Cons:

I did not being charged extra fees ( bed fee, tourism fee). I have never seen such a thing. Our room was not cleaned while we were there. Also,. Breakfast food was out an hour before it was supposed to end, both days. If you know your going to have a busy weekend you're suppose to accommodate for that.
