Perfect place, loved it

The service was excellent especially the breakfast buffet

Very nice staff! Everybody was lovely! Right beside mall of the emirates make it easy to grab anything on the go and plenty of ubers going around

Expedia website says they have Bidet in bathrooms and Steam room Nope they don't have

When asked front desk we do not know what Expedia is writing on their website

Gym has old and noisy equipment

Staff hospitality was great, good location near the mall of the Emerats .

The hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the cafe and the rooftop bar. The location and close proximity to everything, including the metro, Mall of the Emirates, etc., was perfect. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I think this hotel is an excellent choice.

It was a fabulous experience. The pool was great for the morning and so was the gym. Never got to use the spa while I was there. Staff were amazing. Had breakfast there every morning as well, and the food was amazing. Had room service twice and that was amazing too. Overall the stay was very enjoyed and it was an amazing stay

Friendly staff, noisy at night can be cleaner

The hotel has a bar downstairs that plays loud music till 3am. The hotel lacks sound proofing and you can hear the music and vibration as soon as the DJ set starts till close at 3am. Friday night is particularly horrendous. I requested a room on a higher level and was turned down by reception staff. I ended up not sleeping as i needed to leave at 4am to catch a flight. I will only return to check out the bar.

I usually don’t leave reviews but we stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The room was very dirty - hair on the floor, leakage from the tub where dirt was coming out of, dust on the carpet/closet cracks and greasy floor. Cleanliness is very important and the hotel failed to maintain the level of cleanliness they claim on their page. The manager was very rude, i got to change my room 2 days later and they were able to accommodate a cleaner room. However, I will not be staying here again. Staff overall was nice and respectful but the manager on duty during the morning, the week of Dec 9th was not respectful and did not address my concerns while checking out. I would not stay here, there are many hotels in the same area to check out.

Good location. Clean property with friendly staff.

Good business stay. Clean, tidy and in a good area for my needs. Have used previously and will use again if I need to stay in Al Barsha. Wifi was good which allowed good communications whilst there.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. It was located walking distance from the Emirates mall and other shops/restaurants. The hotel was very clean and it had all the amenities you would need for a short or long term stay. I will definitely stay again!
