Great place for BOK events.
Pros:

Convenient to BOK

Cons:

Breakfast would have been good except for issue with waffle maker. Not a big deal. We left and went to McDonalds.

Besides the bartender, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Ethan and the front desk were extremely accommodating. They were extremely pleasant and on overall joy to be around.

Cons:

The bartender was extremely rude. Our family was there to attend a funeral, and several family members attempted to have drinks at the bar in which the bartender was either rude in his responses, or did not help at all. He also paced back and forth behind the bar in a very uncomfortable manner. He spoke aggressively towards my mother when she asked if he could make a frozen margarita or daiquiri, and told her she needed to “make a decision”. One of the worse bartender experiences I have had in my life.

It was very convenient and did the trick for my short stay, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, and the space in the suite was very nice. I enjoyed having separate living and sleeping areas, and having the kitchen helped me stay on track with meal plan I'm on.

Cons:

I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower but thought it was odd to have to use that gel or the dish soap to wash my hands. The tiny counter in the bathroom would be miserable to have to share with anyone else. It's extremely unhygienic to use the handicap bars around the toilet for all the hand towels and washcloths. I also found what looked like two roaches. One small one in the bathroom and another very large one (looked like a wood roach) that crawled under the door where there is a large gap.

One of the better rooms I’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

The rooms were fantastic.
Loved the staff. Very helpful.

Cons:

Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. Eggs, sausage and bacon were all too underdone for me. Eggs felt like instant ?
