Always a great decision to stay at Hampton Inn
Pros:

Hampton Inns are the best places to stay. They are clean, comfortable and well located. The breakfasts are always great with a big variety of options.

Cons:

Maybe you could offer flavored coffee instead of flavored creamer for breakfast but honestly in my experience this hotel chain always delivers a great stay.

Decent property for a budget hotel.
Pros:

Easily accessible spot for shopping and access to I-95. The staff clearly care about presenting a good experience.

Cons:

Giant wad of hair on the wall of the shower. The tub seemed a little unclean.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights and took the sign off the door so they could clean on one of those days since it is done every other day per policy and our room did not get cleaned

The staff was exceptional. They are sincerely pet friendly and our dog was treated like a king.

We loved the location super convenient for what we were looking for.

Cons:

Upon checking in once settled we noticed toliet in our room wasn’t working properly I asked for someone to check it while we were out. They did check on the issue but were not able to resolve it and seemed to think it was okay to address it in the morning. I feel like we should have been given the opportunity to change rooms and if that wasn’t possible I feel like a credit should have been due.
