The rescuing of Mr. P
Pros:

The staff was super. My wife could not find ANY issues with the room(the room was great...she nitpicks).
We just reached our next destination...NJ..and we realized she did not pack Mr. P.(. A stuffed penguin I gave her 40 years ago.)..I called and Victoria was very compassionate and took a look. She found Mr. P She will be sending him out as soon as possible.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...your staff is outstanding..And Victoria saved the day. Thank you!! Dave & Bev Kruk

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable.
Location was awesome! Right next to Outlets and some really good restaurants!
The morning breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Soon as I got into my room I started sneezing. You could tell the rugs hadn't been vacuumed in a while, especially the hallway section - which was also really "stuffy."
When I first walked into the hotel to check in, the garbage can was almost overflowing with trash. That was the first thing I noticed and was immediately disappointed.
On two different occasions I saw a bug crawl out of the drain in the sink. Sink had spots around it, as if someone "cleaned" it just by looking to see what looked dirty.
Seemed like the absolute bear minimum is done to keep the hotel "appearing" to be somewhat clean. Probably would not stay here again.
