King Gorgasali Hotel

Good but a bit old

I arrived 12 hours late after missing my connection. Staff ensured my airport transfer was changed and even helped me with a sulphur bath appointment. My room was tiny but clean, quiet and adequate for one person. Breakfast was sufficiently filling, but is put away promptly at 11 (so set an alarm). Front desk is always available to assist with directions. Able to store luggage after checkout. Great hotel near Old Town!

This hotel is very nice location to go around Tbilisi. Nice staffs in the hotel and nice breakfast every morning. If I will be in Tbilisi, I will try to book here again.

Really nice hotel in the heart of old town, great location, and helpful staff.

The staff were friendly. The property overlooks a famous church at the front and river. And to the rear there is a view looking up towards the castle.

The hotel is in a PERFECT LOCATION! I literally could have not picked a better hotel!!! Super cute boutique hotel with really big spacious room that has an amazing view of the city!!! You can literally walk to TONS OF RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPS! There is a cable car you can take literally a minute away from the hotel to see the city better! There is a sulfur bath place right next to the hotel! Like anything and everything you want is close to the hotel!!!

They have AN AMAZING STAFF!! Everyone at the reception desk were SUPER WELCOMING, HELPFUL and went out of their way to make my experience great!
Sofia and Rezo were always giving me recommendations of where I can go and what I can do!! They made me feel super welcomed and I really appreciate their service! Honestly one is the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered!! Thank you so much Sofia and Rezo :)

The experience was excellent, people are very nice and everything is comfortable and clean. The only missing part for me is that there is no gym but overall it’s amazing

Excellent location at the centre of the city, few minutes walk to the Old City and Sightseeing office/ stop 1 and many shops & restaurants.
Staff are friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful.
Breakfast was fantastic. But the timing was tricky- starts at 8 am- quite late for catching tours, etc.

The stay experience is unremarkable as once we arrived have a friendly and warm welcome from the hotel staff. They are very friendly to purchase the mobile sim card from the vending machine that provide us convenience during our stay. There are well display and various of buffet item during our stay.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at King Gorgasali Hotel. It is centrally located to Old Town Tbilisi so it is very easy to get to popular locations. There are so many delicious restaurants and nice shops all within walking distance. Sophia and the staff were simply amazing! They helped with arranging transportation, recommendations of wonderful restaurants and were so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was very nice every morning and the wait staff was exceptional! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The hotel staff were wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but still filling. The downside was the economy king room is TINY, pay extra for the larger room. My gf and I could barely fit two bags into the room, reminded me of dormitory life. Also the staff on the terrace were very rude.

Great centrally located hotel. Very good food available in the restaurant. would recommend. only issue was he shower as it sprayed outside the cubicle and there was no way of preventing that.

The location is perfect in the middle of crowd. Walk to everywhere. But the room i had on the first floor room 105 was like a jail house. So tinny and damp. I got cluster phobia and requested to change but nothing was available. Roof top restaurant was good try it , but waitress was terrible and left me without drinks for quite some times .

Nice hotel in the city centre. A little bit noisy surroundings but that is what you can expect if you ate in the cen
ter of Tbilisi. The view from the roof bar restaurant has no price.

For three days the shower was collecting empty shampoo bottles in one corner of the shower floor.
Never bothered to clean the shower.
Overall it’s clean and good location.

Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Do know that there is not onsite parking. The hotel needs to work out something other than just hoping one of the spots in front is open. We had to find street parking in town and pay per hour.

Excellent location. Economy Rooms very averagely small. Book a standard or better room. Sleep comfort below average. Front desk friendly. Breakfast quality good. Overpriced property.

It was very near to tours trip companies and shopping places

We loved our stay at this hotel, located literally in the heart of old town. Incredibly friendly staff, amazing roof with incredible views of the fort, nice massage offerings, and cozy room. Highly recommend!
