Clean, comfortable hotel. Love the location to the marina. The food at the Anchor & Ore was good, although we couldn't order exactly what we wanted.
Limited parking. The hotel restaurant, Anchor & Ore, was very nice, however we were informed as we ordered that the deep fryer had been broken for 2 weeks. That seems like something that should have been fixed. There we a lot of vagrants/beggars in close proximity to the hotel.
Rooms were nice, facilities were OK
My spouse had a diebetic reaction and it was late at night. The hotel had nothing to give him in terms of sweets or anything (even to purchase). Something for this hotel to consider. Luckily his reaction was sever or he could have went into diabetic shock.
Great gym, good staff. Afith was very helpful with park recommendations and parking tips.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen, leider hatten wir hier nur den Blick auf einen Parkplatz, Hafen wäre sicher schön gewesen.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem und haben im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Betten mal nicht gequietscht. Parkplätze gibt es begrenzt hinter dem Hotel (mussten wir erst erfragen) oder etwas weiter weg am Kreisverkehr hinter einer Schranke. Man hätte auch im Hafen kostenlos bis 9Uhr morgens parken können wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe.
Abendessen hatten wir im Hotelrestaurant was uns allen gut geschmeckt hat.
Frühstück haben wir auch im Restaurant gegessen, hier allerdings a la carte und kein Buffet (Frühstück war bei der Übernachtung inklusive, scheint aber nicht die Regel zu sein weil der Kellner erst an der Rezeption fragen musste. Sonst sind die Preise schon eher gehoben). Das Bestellte hat gut geschmeckt, allerdings hatte ich ein paar matschige Heidelbeeren und der Obstsalat vom Kind bestand fast nur aus Melone.
Es gibt unten auch noch einen Starbucks Shop den wir aber nicht genutzt haben (hatte auch begrenzte Öffnungszeiten).
The view was amazing. The harbour park was right beside the hotel. There was a walking bridge to downtown. Very walkable location. The view from the hotel restaurant was lovely. Staff at hotel and restaurant was friendly.
The parking lot by the hotel was public and small. The parking for the hotel that was close was small. The other parking was 3 buildings down. If you are on the top floor the vibration from the HVAC is irritating at night.
Great location on waterfront, very well equipped room, comfortable bed, excellent restaurant and above all, very helpful staff.

Die Lage ist top, direkt am Wasser. Gut geeignet für kurze Spaziergänge zum Entspannen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir die Möglichkeit gewünscht, kleinere Portionen und Mengen wählen zu können. Da wäre ein Buffet praktischer.
It was our second time staying at this Delta hotel and the service was just as amazing as the first time. I must recognize the hospitality from the front desk agents that worked the evening of May 30th who went above and beyond to fulfill my request even with the limited resources they had. The hotel itself is upscale and sleep for Thunder Bay and really stands out among its competitors.
As a titanium member I was graciously upgraded to a bigger room facing the Sleeping Giant, granted access to the elite pantry and was provided a 4PM late check out.
Additionally, after checking in, we were very surprised to find a Persian roll compliments of the hotel. It was very yummy!
We look forward to a future stay here as this may be our only preferred option on future visits to our family members.

We just stayed 3 nights for the first time and found this to be such a happy, uplifting hotel. The service is outstanding and friendly. The rooms modern and clean. There’s a little fridge in the room and walk in showers. I do appreciate a Keurig, so had to learn how to use the Nespresso in the rooms. Not my fav.
The bar / restaurant is really the highlight. Floor to ceiling windows provide a beautiful ore of the lake. We ate and drank there. The smash burger was the best I’ve ever had. Seriously delish!
