Nicest hotel shower I've ever used
Tv was incredibly slow and I gave up using it
The view. The man at check in was nice though extremely overwhelmed. The girl in the morning at checkout was helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
For starters, a manager to help when staff is in dire need of support would have been so helpful. Myself and other guests waited in the lobby to be let in our rooms because there were no room keys. Felt uneasy about the safety around not having a room key and I was not able to access elevator without waiting for one busy staff member to use his key so I could get back to my room. I had No toilet seat to properly use the washroom and when I informed staff member was told sorry the hotel was booked so changing rooms was not an option and instead of sending someone up to put a toilet seat on was directed to use their their main floor public facilities. So I went down 3 times in the night to use public washrooms and again had to have staff use their key so I could go back to my room. The shower was filthy and your cleaning staff must learn how to clean a shower properly. I was appalled at the shower floor. There was no way I was going to bring this up to your 1 staff member as he was done with the events of the night and I don’t blame him. He needed support and so did we.
Staff was very friendly and made sure to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. View of the marina was fantastic. Added bonus is the restaurant was also fabulous!

Over priced, parking is a nightmare. Front door hard to open, entrance unclean. No concierge, getting luggage in and out was cumbersome. Heating needed servicing when we arrived. Homeless in walkway to downtown eating. Not recommended
Everything was wonderful, especially at check in! Staff are amazing.
