location, how large it was, staff was great

Cons:

that the bar wasn’t available very early in the evening from like 7pm on because the private event which could have been held in the large dining area. so taking away from hotel guest not being able to relax and have a drink was the downfall.

We were very pleased with this hotel and have already booked two nights in January.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. We dined at the restaurant and it was very good. Really liked having the parking garage so close.

Cons:

We were on the 6th floor and it took quite a bit of time for the hot water to get to our room for showering.

Stayed for only one night to explore Greenville. Couldn’t have picked a better place to do it. I was right in the heart
Pros:

Perfect location. Walking distance to everything downtown. It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t say a bad word about it.

Cons:

Nothing at all I had an excellent time.
