We had the WORST experience ever at this hotel. Our group of four consisted of my 83 year old mother, my sister, my niece, and myself. We were traveling to attend the wedding shower for one of my other nieces. When we checked in around 8:30 pm, we entered our room and discovered that we had been given a King size bed. We had reservations for 2 queen size beds. We were told that the hotel was full and they could not make any changes. When we asked why one of our beds had been taken away from us, we were told that the manager made the change and moved us to an upgrade. They said that there was a pullout sofa in the room. We asked how it could be an upgrade when we're were denied a bed in place of a pull out sofa? We asked to speak with the manager and were told that she was home and wouldn't answer the phone because she had grandchildren. My sister and I tried to sleep on the pullout, but it was extremely uncomfortable. We finally had to just sleep on the floor. The next morning, we asked to speak to the manager again. We were told that she would not be in until Monday and would not respond to any calls. We asked that she contact us on Monday. We never received a call. My sister finally had to contact the manager, whose name is Tammy. She was very unhelpful and said that the best she could help us with was 3,000 points added back to our account. The room had cost 13,000 points. She also told my sister that she was filing a complaint against us because she stated we had been rude and threatening. My sister told her to look at the videos and listen to them. There were no threats made in any way. We were very upset about having to sleep on the floor and let our concerns be known. Tammy stated that she had done all she could do to help us and abruptly hung up the phone on my sister. I contacted the Marriott corporation on Tuesday, and they are providing both my sister and myself with 15,000 points each. They were very apologetic and helpful. That is the kind of Marriott service we are accustomed to. I hope that the management at this hotel is dealt with so that no other customers have to go through what we did.
Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast hot with good variety! Person manning the breakfast was super friendly!
Semi traffic using their Jake brakes was disturbing for a good sleep. Would request the opposite side fir next visit.
Staff was friendly and the room was extremely comfortable

The staff and the room were good. Our room was located on the highway side of the hotel.
Our room was on the highway side of the hotel. It so unbelievably loud! The noise kept us up all night resulting in a terrible night's sleep and difficulty focusing the next day. Obviously the staff know this and could have given us a room on the opposite side. We rented multiple rooms for our stay in poplar bluff. Everyone on this side of the hotel complained about the noise.
I didn’t eat breakfast but enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The tub & toilet sits too low. It was hard getting out of short tub.
Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, convenient location, and an awesome complimentary breakfast!
There was nothing to dislike.
Clean, great breakfast, and staff was very helpful
Never towels in the pool area
