Nicest people
Pros:

It was a great pleasant experience staying there for almost a week. I met some of nicest employee name Abby and Santos. They took their time to help us with our needs. I didn't get their names but the room service employee were great also. I would recommend staying here if you are ever around Roseville area. Many thanks

I will definitely stay at this place again!
Pros:

Excellent stay all the way around. It was in a nice location. The AC was great! The room was spacious beds comfy and the pillows were amazing! It had a lot of nice places to eat that were just near the hotel. I have never stayed at a Residence Inn before but this one surpassed my expectations. Staff was exceptional.

Cons:

If there was something that I didn't like it was not related to Residence Inn it was the scorching Heat in the area that I was staying at but the wonderful air conditioning helped make it a pleasant stay.

Very Disappointing Hotel and Service Experience
Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Less than 48 hours before arrival, I was informed that the room I had reserved more than a month in advance was no longer available. This last-minute change created a significant inconvenience and required us to adjust our plans unexpectedly.

Unfortunately, the issues continued after check-in. The toilet was clogged upon arrival, and the shower drain was also blocked. Despite reporting these problems, no one came to address them during our stay. In addition, the hot water was inadequate, resulting in consistently cold or lukewarm showers. Floors/carpet was dirty and the room was very dusty.

To make matters worse, the room’s secondary security deadbolt engaged on its own, locking us out of our room and requiring assistance from maintenance to regain access.

Overall, this stay fell well below expectations in terms of communication, room maintenance, and guest service. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others consider alternative accommodations.

Pros:

Comfortable, had everything we needed, priced right, clean, great breakfast, gym was amazing, pool was wonderful…came back for a second night even though it was not on our route.

Cons:

The stairs were right above our room so we could here people coming and going at all hours

Disappointing
Cons:

They double-billed me. I paid in advance with Booking.com and then they charged me after I checked out, and it took many calls to them to fix it. Then they charged me for parking on days that were weeks after I had checked out.
