Fortuntely it was a short stay

Clean Rooms

Cons:

Booking.com messed up our reservations twice on this trip. The first time they reserved the wrong days. The second time they reserved a room with 1 King and a trundle for 4 people even though we reserved a room with 2 queens. Of course there is no way to call Booking.com to complain. They only provide the hotel property number which are powerless to correct booking.com's mistakes

A delightful stay at Springhill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia West Chester/Exton
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for one night from 4/17-18, 2026. My family was very impressed by the size of the room, comfort of the beds, quality of the free breakfast (and the fact that they have a free breakfast!), and the kindness of the staff. In addition, the room and entire hotel were extremely clean, which is always appreciated.

I also took a look at the exercise room, which had multiple elliptical machines and some weights, but we did not use it.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and definitely will stay again if I’m in the area
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was also very good. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
