L'emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. La multitude de commerces offrant un choix de restauration. Le calme : aucun bruit.

Tres bien placé, personnel attentif, excursion dans le delta du mekong exceptionnelle.
Chambre un peu vieille mais ça va.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, l’hôtel est au calme dans une ruelle à l’écart des rues principales très bruyantes.
Notre chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur situé à 50 cm, mais finalement ça ne nous a pas gêné, on y a passé 3 nuits.
La chambre et la salle d’eau étaient très propre. Le nettoyage était quotidien.
Le lit et les oreillers sont confortables.
Le petit-déjeuner très convenable et suffisant.
Le personnel a été très agréable.
Juste une remarque pour préciser que les descriptifs ne sont pas toujours précis concernant les fenêtres qui donnent sur un mur. En fait il n’y avait pas d’indication sur la vue, dans ce cas il faut comprendre « vue sur un mur ». Il suffit juste de le savoir.
Loved the location, though we had a little difficulty finding it on arrival… mostly because we didn’t follow the directions. 😊

Everything was superb during my stay. Room was large and comfortable , breakfast was good , great location , and the staff are al so friendly and helpful. A special thankyou to the lovely lady Tham at reception who was so delightful and helpful. Ive stayed in HCMC many times and overall the Ben Thanh Retreats is the best.
Local hotel in easy walking distance to shopping restaurants and massages. Got a late checkout for a small fee. Staff accommodating with requests
Building being erected directly next door so banging begins at 0700 everyday!
Only has one bedside table which is annoying if you have medical equipment etc.
Excellent location, friendly host. Actually hotel is even better than in the photo.
Location is great in a little local lane. Close to restaurants and shopping. This is our 2nd stay here.
Building next door was being renovated so there was lots of building noise.

Very clean.
The room (suite) was very clean and spacious and staff very kind and helpful.
The location was quite well hidden in a maze of narrow alleys which could feel weird although it did not really bother us. It's still in a very central location at walking distance from independence palace and Ben Thanh Market etc sights.

Small (8 room ) spotlessly clean everywhere in the hotel and room , breakfast was great you chose of a menu and they bought it to you .
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Hotel did laundry and it smelt amazing and came back within a few hrs for same price as laundry nearby .We loved this cute hotel and cant praise the staff enough
Unfortunatetly there was building work next door - even on a Sunday which spoilt what would have been a peaceful stay otherwise.
