Personnels à l’accueil désagréable, l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier sensible un camp de Roms de chaque côté de l’hôtel les Roms nous font payé le parking de l’hôtel en obligation l’hôtel ne dit rien.
Le petit déjeuner infecte, restaurant sale. Les chambres mal isolées la douche fonctionne à peine ne tire pas assez d’eau. Une mission pour avoir des serviettes qu’on n’as jamais eu. Il ne mérite pas du tout un 4 étoiles a fuir.

Hyggelige ansatte. God plass ved bassenget Det var kokt egg og fire sndre eggeretter

Cons:

Frokostbuffeen ble veldig ensformig i lengden. Kunne vært mere forskjellig pålegg og jeg savnet bacon til de forskjellige eggeretter.

Tot,absolut tot a fost foarte dezamăgitor!
Curatenie decat pe jos,prosoapele s au schimbat la 3 zile, lenjeria o singura data intr o saptamana!
Mancarea la mic dejun a fost aceeasi timp de o saptamana si proasta, nu a fost diversificata absolut deloc. Vesela toata ciobita,etc.
Personalul nu a fost prea amabil, de exemplu la piscina nu ne a bagat nimeni in seama.
Nu este absolut nimic de 4 stele. Mai degraba 2 ar trebui sa aiba.

De pe balcon in fata se vedea piscina dar in stanga si in dreapta erau niste ghetouri efectiv.

Schlechte Lage, Unhygienisch, Enttäuschend

Relativ wenig

Cons:

- Lage des Hotels im letzten Hinterhof neben Mülleimern und überall stinkt es
- es waren fast nie oder nur ein Parkplatz frei und man musste sich überall reinquetschen. Kein eigener Parkplatz des Hotels sondern einfach mit einem Einweiser in irgendwelche gassen
- Betten extrem unbequem und Matratzen rutschen nachts einfach teilweise vom Bett
- dusche hat geschimmelt und war nicht sauber
- ausgeschriebene private Strandfläche musste man extra dazu bezahlen = 5€ pro Tag
- Kartenzahlung an der Hotelbar nicht möglich
- Balkontüre ließ sich nicht ganz öffnen
- der Kühlschrank war kaputt

Alles zusammen erwartet man von einem vier Sterne Hotel einfach mehr und wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Miła obsługa restauracji / lobby , za to bardzo nie uprzejma obsługa sprzątająca ....

Straszny syf , żeby obsługa wymieniła ręczniki czy pościel trzeba było się upomnieć pomimo zostawienia brudnych ręczników na kupce ... szczerze to te 4 gwiazdki chyba sobie sami narysowali , basen i jego stan istna żenada, widok jedynie na smród i bród wokół , parking który ciężko nazwać parkingiem , I dzień w dzień to samo jedzenie , w pokojach wiele uszkodzonych elementów nigdy nikomu bym tego miejsca nie polecił...

Wij vonden het niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Cons:

De kamer was in gerookt en niet compleet. Handdoeken, bekers badkamer niet aanwezig, niet genoeg toiletpapier en handdoeken en geen warm water.
Het personeel was niet erg vlot bij het ontbijt. Het ontbrak aan het op tijd van vervangen van de borden bestek etc. Koude thee, slechte koffie.
Aan het zwembad was alles oké.
