It was pretty clean, comfortable room
I appreciate it but didnt quite like that the cleaning staff would enter w out anyone being in the rooms to leave new towels, some of my stuff i couldnt find i dont wanna blame them

The housekeeper who works weekends. The front desk did not refund my deposit, and I also had to pay deposit twice! Once in cash and once on the card. The cash i got back $20 because I checked out at 1om. The credit card deposit was never refunded! Wif never works
Nothing like what was advertised. The location is not 14–18 miles from downtown Houston as stated—it is actually more than 40 miles away. This is not a convenient place to stay if you plan to explore both Houston and the Galveston area. The inaccurate location information was very disappointing.
I booked two rooms for two families with children, and our experience was extremely disappointing.
The TVs in both rooms were not working. When we contacted the property staff, they simply told us that the TVs had been working the previous day and that no maintenance personnel were available to fix the issue. When we requested to cancel our stay and receive a refund because of the unresolved problem, they refused and told us that cancellation was not possible. Their attitude was basically, “Stay or leave,” which was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the rooms, which is completely unacceptable, especially for families traveling with children.
I would definitely not recommend this rental apartment or hotel to families. I honestly do not understand how it has a rating above 7 on Booking.com considering the poor service, cleanliness issues, and overall experience. Based on our stay, I would rate it no higher than 1 or 2 out of 10.
We were searching for a room at 11PM and found this comfortable, inexpensive option! Nice beds, clean towels, plenty of room and towelitries! We had a restful night!
Excellent clean room, bed spread was spotless. Everything was super clean. It was a beautiful shower with a heavy duty glass door. Excellent lighting, and quiet. Large TV with great reception. Nice helpful staff. And a full size refrigerator. Also had a lot of USB outlets to charge my devices.

Absolutely nothing from the moment we got there. This man that was working in the Front named Samir was the rudest person I’ve ever met the only reason that we booked it because it was a good deal and it was close by the house where we live, I will never ever stay there again. I’m also gonna write a Google review for other people not to stay there. He was so rude. I don’t know how somewhere like y’all could have somebody like that working there very bad.‼️‼️
