Pros:

Ontbijt was prima.

Pros:

Hotel midden in het gezellige centrum van Heist.
Goed ontvangen , duidelijke uitleg

Cons:

Eigenlijk niet heel veel ... mn kamer had een badkamer met een schuin dak , dat was krap met douchen

Location perfect for our needs. Check in very efficient.

Cons:

Requested twin room, had a double bed not 2 singles. Stayed with my son, so was ok, but not ideal.

Didn't see or speak to a member of staff. Again ok, but not the most personal of experiences.

Unrepaired damage to the wall of the room. Again was ok as we only used the hotel as somewhere to sleep, but not a brilliant look.

Leuke locatie met mooi ingerichte kamers (incl. wat minpuntjes)
Pros:

Het is een prachtig pand met mooi ingerichte kamers. Daarnaast was het personeel aan de balie erg vriendelijk bij ontvangst en is ook de ligging van Villa Monte is erg fijn gezien deze vlakbij leuke horecazaken en de winkelstraat ligt.

Cons:

Je merkt dat de kamers wat verouderd zijn. Er hing een scherpe lampenkap los boven mijn bed, wat ik persoonlijk gevaarlijk vond en ook werkte één van de nachtlampjes niet. Aan de balie was niemand te vinden en toen ik naar het algemeen nummer belde werd me beloofd dat dit opgevolgd zou worden, maar dat gebeurde niet. Daarnaast merkte ik in mijn kamer ook wel wat gebruikssporen op en is de privacy van het toilet beperkt (bevindt zich aan een grote ruit, waardoor mensen op straat jou kunnen zien als je rechtstaat). Het uitchecken gebeurde digitaal, wat ook het persoonlijk contact beperkt. Hierdoor was ik dus ook niet in de mogelijkheid deze feedback met het hotel te delen.

Pros:

Locatie was perfect (Lier). Parkeerplek beschikbaar. Voldoende eetmogelijkheden in de buurt. Schoon en netjes. Waterkoker op de kamer.

j'ai choisi cet établissement à défaut d'autre possibilité
Pros:

le petit déjeuner était correct mais ne pas avoir de réception pour un hôtel c'est très dérangeant surtout quand ne parle pas le flamand

Cons:

pas d'accueil da ns un hôtel, c'est la première fois que je vois cela.
manque de lumière dans la chambre, ampoules grillées et celles qui étaient en fonctionnement de très faible intensité

The hotel as a whole was nice, but some of the features had a little work to be done.
Pros:

Location was close to where we were headed.
