Pros:

Tolle Lage für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Hotel und Zimmer sehr nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber, Betten sehr angenehm. Vor allem das Combi-Doppelzimmer. Zwei Einzelzimmer in einem. Perfekt, wenn einer schnarcht. Frühstück top, alles was einfach dazu gehört. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns am besten gefallen. Schwimmbad, Whirlpool und 2 Saunen. Wir haben alles genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir werden nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Waren über Silvester dort, Wellnessbereich genutzt, tolles Silvesterbuffet, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite. Diese war in einen Wohnbereich, ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad aufgeteilt. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der Suite war im 2. Stock. Wir konnten diese gut per Fahrstuhl oder auch über's Treppenhaus erreichen.
Es gab einen Wasserkocher um Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten zu können. Lage: sehr ruhig. Man hat von den anderen Hotelgästen nichts gehört.

Cons:

Am Empfang hätten wir uns Menschen mit etwas mehr Emphathie gewünscht. Waren nicht sehr zugewandt. Nicht unhöflich oder so, aber, da ich selbst aus dem Servicebereich (Empfang) komme, habe ich da einen anderen Anspruch. Freundlichkeit, Zugewandtheit, ein Wort mehr, als nötig vielleicht.

Ein tolles Hotel um ein paar Tage abzuschalten
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, wurden über alles informiert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. So eine große Auswahl von allem. Es wurde auch immer alles nachgelegt. Abends A'la Carte gegessen. Mega lecker. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer geräumig, gute Sitzgelegenheiten und gute Betten. Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Alles in allem ein erholsames Hotel. Bis zum Zentrum und zur Therme ein netter Fußweg von ca. 15 Minuten. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
