Duur voor wat je krijgt
Pros:

Check-in op de kiosk (eens we binnen konden) ging vlot snachts.

Cons:

Er werd gezegd dat er snachts kon ingecheckt worden, maar geen code gekregen om binnen te kunnen. We hebben moeten een hulplijn moeten bellen snachts.
Parkeermogelijheden heel beperkt, ver moeten wandelen
Ontbijt was minimaal en voelde niet vers aan.

Geen airco. Geen frigo op de kamer. Had problemen om het licht naast het bed uit te doen. Het water liep heel traag weg in het bad. Stopcontact was los. Geen Stopcontact naast het bed. Geen pistolets voor ontbijt alleen brood

Pros:

Nice small hotel in Tervuren suburb close to a few shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The room has NO air-conditioning, absolutely necessary during hot jy days!

Transport to and from the hotel was a nightmare. Taxi/Uber almost impossible, public transport interrupted and very complicated to go into Brussels.

Nice hotel but the standard was not even equal to our budget hotels in the UK. Cost 3 times more.
Pros:

We liked the location.

Cons:

We expected air conditioning. When we arrived the curtains were not drawn shut so the hot sun had been on the room all afternoon.
Just 2 teabags and just 4 (powdered) milk sachets for 3 nights, 2 people. Not very generous of you.

Aanvaardbaar voor één nacht, maar zonder meer
Pros:

Badkamer was eenvoudig maar wel proper
Bed was comfortabel

Cons:

Het hotel heeft geen airco in de kamers. Met de hiitegolf van eind juni was de temepratuur in de kamer bijna onhoudbaar.
De ventilator die op de kamer stond was zeer onvoldoende om voor een beetje verkoeling te kunnen zorgen.
Het ontbijt was voor mij een tegenvaller. Het brood was te droog en leek wel van de dag voordien te zijn (dus niet vers). De eieren waren koud en smaakloos.
Een aantal afdekplaatjes van stopcontacten en schakelaars waren los.

The Lady, who is always (sometimes) around, should not work in a Hotel.... Extremely unfriendly. I speak about 5 years experience with the hotel

Pros:

It is a nice property, clean and is managed by nice people, very attentive. Unfortunately I had the opportunity to visit it during the heat wave and as most of the properties in this area of europe it has no air con so I had one of the worse nights ever as the room was unbearable hot for the whole time being.

Hôtel vieillot qui mériterait d’être rafraîchi.
Il faisait très chaud dans les chambres, sans possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres car la chambre donnait sur une terrasse commune, accessible à tout.es.
Pas de Clim, pas d’air.
