Pros:

Service was good.

Cons:

No tissue in the room.unless I requested for the WiFi passcode, I was not given. Wrong pass code was given and then the correct one was given after i complained. Sunrise coffee sachet was kept in the room.Nestle could have been better

Pros:

Location is the prime reason for staying in this hotel, room was clean and comfortable but the way to the room was not decent, it looks like it’s under construction and lot of cots were piled up. Even though we booked and they confirmed for early check in , overnight there was election commission booking and they have denied our confirmation. That’s not fair

Cons:

Food is the worse I mean the breakfast, it’s a renowned restaurant and definitely you expect good breakfast but it looks like they are serving left over breakfast, and the way to breakfast downstairs is much worse

Cons:

Overall, the stay was good. However, I faced a couple of concerns during checkout. Although Booking.com mentioned checkout between 11:00 AM and 12:00 noon, I was requested to vacate by 11:00 AM. Despite requesting a short extension until 11:30 AM, only a 15-minute extension was granted.

Additionally, regarding the room key card, it was not collected at checkout. I unintentionally retained it and later informed the team honestly when contacted. I was asked to either courier the card or pay a charge, which felt a bit inconvenient, as the card could have been deactivated.

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. Food at the restaurant was really good and tasty.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The location is also comfortable.

It was overall a pleasant stay
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, as we had to leave early.
The staff was helpful and courteous. There was heavy drilling going on and even with that noise, they saw to the comforter of guests.

Cons:

It would have been better if the management let us know about the construction going on inside the building. Or made an accommodation in pricing as compensation.

Facilities were not upto mark
Breakfast area was too bad, food was too bad

Staff only speaks tamil and is not supportive.

Only staff at reception was good.

Basic facilities was not ensured in suits.

Overall not good value for money.
