Very cozy studio with beautiful views
Pros:

Very clean, bright, warm and comfortable studio. You have all you need in the kitchen, good bed linen and towels. Beds comfortable. . Cablecar is 5min by foot, small supermarket, pizzeria - also 5min by foot. Very beautiful view from our balcony. You will get a keycard from the deposit near the slope which is very comfortable.
Skischool is in a nearby building, also spa and swimming pool.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Appartamento molto grazioso, ben arredato, pulitissimo e in una posizione comoda; vicino al centro e alla partenza degli impianti di risalita.
Parcheggio nel cortile della struttura.

Pros:

Great location, very nice building as well as interior design. Having a locker for skis and boots at ski depot was great bonus. Ski lift is 10min walk but we went by car because of kids and the equipment. in any case we had a wondeful time and I would definitely reccomend Valpiccola to anyone.

Cons:

Pool is a great addition as well as Wellness.. really nice and kids loved the pool. But I would suggest that Wellness should be heated a bit more and alot of things were "out of order". The swimming pool was a bit turbid (water was not so clean). But even with this I give the residence 10/10 because this is not a dealbreaker and everything else is perfect.

Apartment with a beautiful view
Pros:

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and sunrise on the balcony. The Val di Zoldo ski resort is a few minutes walk away. The residence offers ski and ski boot storage in the depot by the gondola.

Cons:

To hot in the room. No option to control the heat.

Pros:

Leuk appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. De dames bij de receptie zijn super aardig en behulpzaam. De ligging is heel goed, wij vinden Mareson een mooi, rustig dorp en de omgeving is prachtig, met veel mooie wandelroutes. De spa en het zwembad waren erg mooi.

Cons:

Het matras kon iets beter, maar verder alles perfect!

Parfait pour un séjour dans la magnifique région des dolomites Bellunese.
Pros:

Super appartement, plus grand que ce à quoi nous nous attendions.
Bien équipé pour passer un bon séjour. Petite suggestion : ajouter un grille pain, quelques couverts supplémentaires, du sel, du poivre et du sucre pour les personnes qui comme nous sommes arrivées par avion ;-) mais c'est un détail.
Les dames de l'accueil sont hyper accueillante et toujours prêtes à donner de bons conseils!

We loved our stay there. This was perfect for what we wanted to do and we will be back!
Pros:

The location is fabulous. Pecol and Val di Zaldo are a beautiful part of the world. Plenty of outdoors activities, majestic Dolomites pics and mountains to explore.
The place is well placed in the charming village. Locals are very friendly and helpful. It is quiet at night and a restful place.
The view from the room was beautiful. I would suggest that cutting that big pine in front of the residence would make the view even better!!!!
Anna and Tamara were very welcoming and happy to help in any way.
We will be back!

Estancia gratificante que nos sorprendió por estancia y lugar.
Pros:

La habitación aunque justa para cuatro personas, tenía un encanto al ser todo de madera. También tiene una pequeña terraza donde puedes salir a tomar el sol.
Contaba con vistas a la montaña y al pueblo de Pecol, con el que se ven parte de las montañas. Levantarse con esas vistas insuperable.
Con el precio de la reserva, hay una entrada al Spa por persona para mayores de 16 años, que reconforta después de un dia de Ski o de excursiones.
El pueblo cuenta con lavandería, farmacia, tienda de alimentación y restaurantes que están muy bien.

Cons:

pocas cosas, para poner una pega, la mesa del apartamento algo pequeña para cuatro personas.
Estaría bien contar la posibilidad que pudiera ofrecer servicio de desayunos,

Až na to že když jsme projely tak zjistily že v kuchyni byla spálena poklička od mikrovlnky take byl rozbita konvička na kávu…My jsme to neřešily protože ubytování nám líbilo…Pak když jsme už jeli domů tak nám vystavily fakturu 35 euro za rozbitu pokličku kterou jsme nerozbili…Dávejte pozor na rozbité věci v ubytování,protože jinak budou vám účtovat poplatky.Nebylo to úplně příjemné řešit něco co jsme neudělali..A ještě že chybila vidlička…takže všechno dobře kontrolujte a počítejte 😅Mněli jsme pobyt 4 dny a nikdo nepřišel
uklidit za tě dny.Počítejte i že budete uklízet v apartmánu.Take bylo hodně prachu pod postelí a věci které zapomněli jine lidě před nami…Přijde mi že pokoj nebyl řádně připraven pro nas..
