Extremely comfortable where all worries drifted away..
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was extremely delicious, all the stuff were super friendly, the roof top view was beyond belief and of cause the infinite pool, was clean and very welcoming, I will not be staying anywhere else for my future trips to Phnom Penh..

Cons:

Nothing, just liked all aspects of this outstanding hotel..

Had an amazing 3 nights here! The room was spacious, great view, and with everything needed (min fridge, toileteries). The rooftop pool was amazing, awesome view, plenty of space to stay (6/8 sun loungers) and the water was refreshing! The staff is really friendly and ready to help. Highly recommend :)

Cons:

It is not in the centre, but you can easily go for a longer walk or grab a tuk tuk, and you'll be everywhere in 10 minutes.

Pros:

Le personnel était très sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Et la piscine sur le rooftop est très agréable.

Corrupt staff members ,number unkown but very organised at robbing guests possestions and property

We had money taken out of our room the 1st day we arrived whilst we waited for the safe that (we immediately reported broken) to be repaired. Continual requests to get correct manager to discuss our loss took 3 days .
He paid lip service to our claim and said he would get back to me before we left.He didnt !!. We left the following day to travel to Siam Reap. 6hrs later we opened our (sealed before breakfast departure and taken to lobby to our drive so around 1/2 hour not in our sight)case to find we had been robbed again this time All money and 3 credit cards . . By then of course we were in another province and after going to the police they stated they could not help as it was not their area. Despite its location and apparent value for money this place should be struck off booking. Com as for sure this crime will reoccur .

La amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

El buffet es poco variado, prácticamente cada día lo mismo.
Es un lugar tranquilo, pero como en muchos sitios, hay niños que molestan, el hotel no tiene culpa, pero ya que los padres no controlan ni educan a sus hijos, el personal del hotel podría simplemente recordarles que es un lugar de descanso.
