Good location but finishing touches needed
Pros:

Location.
Staff were nice.
Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast had good options and made to order eggs.

Cons:

The bathroom - the bathtub was not flush with the wall and you could see mould where water fell through those large gaps. The bath had a floral, almost kid-like shower curtain which was mouldy at the bottom .
Air-conditioning in the room wasnt strong enough

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen von Phnom Penh – absolute Perfektion!

Wer eine luxuriöse und gleichzeitig tiefenentspannte Oase in der wuseligen Hauptstadt Kambodschas sucht, der hat sie mit diesem Hotel definitiv gefunden. Ich habe hier einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt verbracht und bin restlos begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Resort!

Perfekte Lage mit royalem Flair

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Es liegt buchstäblich Tür an Tür mit dem majestätischen Königspalast und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der wunderschönen Flussufer-Promenade (Riverside) entfernt. Man wohnt hier super zentral im Herzen von Phnom Penh, sodass man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, tolle Cafés und Restaurants im Handumdrehen erreichen kann. Sobald man jedoch das Hotelgelände betritt, lässt man den lebhaften Trubel der Großstadt komplett hinter sich und taucht ein in eine paradiesische Ruheoase.

Ein tolles Resort & wunderschöne Zimmer

Die Architektur ist eine fantastische Verschmelzung aus elegantem, französischem Kolonialstil und traditionellem Khmer-Design. Bereits beim Betreten der Lobby wird man von einem wunderbaren, angenehmen Duft und einer majestätischen Atmosphäre willkommen heißen.

Die Zimmer sind ein absoluter Traum:

Extrem geräumig & elegant: Wunderschön, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Blick auf den Palast: Die Betten bieten erstklassigen Schlafkomfort, und von einigen Zimmern genießt man einen fantastischen Ausblick direkt auf das Gelände des Königspalastes.

Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten: Tolle Details wie frisches Willkommensobst und ein praktisches Kissen-Menü zeigen das luxuriöse Niveau des Hauses.

Das Herzstück des Resorts ist der atemberaubend schöne, von Palmen gesäumte Außenpool. Hier kann man nach einem Sightseeing-Tag im schattigen tropischen Garten perfekt abschalten oder an den Poolbars Cocktails genießen.

Pleasant stay, would come back.

Rooftop bar and pool was really nice and close proximity to town/centre.

Cons:

Mattress was very firm and room was quite small so hard to keep suitcases open if there’s more than 2 people.

Pros:

Absolut zentrale Lage, phänomenaler Pool auf dem Dach mit Ausblick auf die Skyline. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal, welches allen unseren Wünschen gerne entgegen gekommen ist. Zudem sehr kinderfreundlich. Insbesondere die Familienzimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Für Selbstversorger gibt es einen sehr grossen Kühlschrank und eine Kitchenette. Ein für unsere Bedürfnisse perfektes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Leider rauchen westliche Besucher am Pool, das müsste unterlassen werden.

Buena experiencia.
Pros:

Buena atención del personal, habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. La ubicación es excelente con unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad.
Tenían servicio de bar/restaurante todo el día en la piscina y el desayuno era Buffet y estaba bien.

We really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The WiFi would not auto connect after we had been out so we had to reconnect every time. Sometimes it would take a lot of tries before it would connect
