Not as good as the advert
Pros:

The pool area was great with fantastic city view

Cons:

Stayed here twice and both times shared my room with cockroaches. Reported it both times...no one seemed to care.
Had to fight to get the advertised 15% off food and drink.

This hotel I did booked 3 weeks from 16 April 2026 to 6 May 2026. I stayed 5 night. Staff stolen my bank card and toke 100 dollar then replace 100 dollar fake money.from my safe box they open my safe box went I was out the room .Soon I ask who did this and ask as well can I look the cc camera they said cc camera monitoring in the our boss office and the boss is on holiday. They moved me from 4th floor to 5 floor one of the staff she is cleaner she was want to kill me. Then I have to move this hotel for my safety and book another hotel. I lost my booking money this hotel..690 pounds. Noo good hotel.

Highly recommend!!!
Pros:

Everything from the room, staff, pool and breakfast was 10/10. Couldn’t recommend more.

Close to the city and so many restaurants nearby! Staff were so Kind and attentive. Pool had probably one of the best views of the city and breakfast was sooooo good.

Cons:

Nothing was great.

Pros:

Wonderful customer service. Great value for money. Easy for Grab pick up and drop off. Love the roof top pool view at night.

Cons:

I wasn't a fan of the breakfast, but that's my fault not theirs. Great that the room had a washing machine, shame there wasn't a dryer.

The pool area was great. Location was good

Cons:

Cockroaches in the roo
They advertise 25% off food and drink but the restaurant staff claimed the offer was 'closed '. I messaged via the app, only for them to say the offer stood.
