Friendly staff and a great location.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was good. Great location. They had good tour packages too.

Cons:

The room setup was a bit awkward. The wash basin is placed right in front of the room main door entrance. There were tiny cockroaches in the wash room and the room entrance.

Great hotel, and amazing pool view
Pros:

The staff are great and kind, the beds are very comfortable, the pool has a really nice view!

Cons:

The location is a bit fat away from the main attractions by foot, but only few minutes by grab. The rooftop could use a little renovation work.

The welcoming is warm and genuine; the team did a good job upon check-in (welcome drink, clear introduction of the facilities and services...). Room was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, layout and comfort. Perhaps need to look at some sound proofing improvement from the corridor side... The service at the pool and restaurant is good in spite of lack of English speaking.

Cons:

There need to be a serious deep cleaning of the Pool side Bar, it is near filthy. I am worried of the hygiene in that area. I do hope the kitchen is kept better.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Phnom Penh!
Pros:

This is a nice, centrally located hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was great — it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and offered a lovely view from the balcony.

The included breakfast, served on the rooftop every morning, was fantastic. The rooftop pool was excellent, and the city views from the top floor were stunning both during the day and at night! The massage I booked through the hotel was also great.

Cons:

Honestly, there’s nothing negative I can say about this hotel — it was all-around excellent!
