Good Value Hotel in a great location
The higher floors have a better view
The location and staff was nice. We asked reception to provide us onother room because existing one was terrible. They offered hotel just next street and it was way more better.
Our room was dirty with strong cigarete aroma. Curtains was grey ar smelled very bad.
Quiet and clean in a good location. Check in after 11:00pm was very helpful.
The room booked was not available when we arrived. We were "upgraded" to a room that had a strong unpleasant cigarettes smell. We requested another room and were offered a room with a window facing a concrete wall about 20 centimeters from the window frame - but the room was clean with no bad smells and we were happy with that.

Very close to most attractions and markets, staff were very helpful and attentive. I had to book very late 22:30 due to other issues and they were accommodating. Room booked was not available when I arrived, and got a 1 night upgrade. Then moved to the booked room the next day, both rooms had wall mounted fans and air con that worked well with windows that opened, it was to hot to have them open. Bathroom had toiletries and with shower gel and shampoo and toothbrush, water temperature and pressure was good. The beds were soft. Kettle and glasses in the room. Some of the decoration could be fixed but I did not stay there to look at walls. I was able to check at late, at late notice.
It did smell of cigarettes at certain times this due to other quests I can imagine and 2nd set of towels did smell of smoke.
Good location that about it
We specifically booked a room with windows and a view, but were given a windowless room instead. This was very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.

The shower is not working properly, and the hotel needs significant renovation.

A few minor issues that management could remedy relatively quickly.
1. The room needs additional electrical outlet and up-grade to the existing ones.
2. Lampshade needs replacing and bulbs replaced
