Cons:

It felt a bit overpriced for the quality. Not sure the place is good enough to charge €56 for two small gin and tonics! Parking €40 per day etc. Not ludicrous, just on the wrong side of value.
Breakfast buffet was ok but hot food was consistently cold!
We were "upgraded" to a larger room on arrival - unfortunately this was opposite the lift and next to a staff room, so was noisy. Also, the shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom. We downgraded ourselves to the room we originally booked which was fine.

Une sympathie et une bienveillance réelle de la part de toute l’équipe hôtelière qui rend vraiment le séjour unique !
Pros:

Tout etait tres bien mais le véritable plus qui rend l’expérience tres tres agréable est le sourire chez tout, je dis bien TOUS les employés de l’hôtel!

Spectacular
Pros:

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and everything was spotless. What truly stands out is the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly and always smiling, which made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Nicolo for being so helpful and kind. We can’t wait to come back again!

Pros:

Funcionários gentis, hotel bem localizado, quarto confortável, serviço de transporte dos equipamentos de ski para montanha gratuito.

Cons:

Apesar de gentis, funcionários do restaurante muito despreparados, atendimento muito lento nas refeições. Na noite do reveillon foi cobrado um valor alto para as crianças e foi servido comida fria e ruim. O hotel cobra estacionamento dos carros durante a estadia.

Hotel location to the ski cable car was the ONLY plus of this hotel

Cons:

This hotel is a far cry from a five-star experience. After spending nearly 8k for a week, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. The service was poor, the rooms were extremely small, and overall there was nothing memorable or impressive about them.

On our first day, we were greeted with badly stained sheets, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The menu offered very limited options, especially for guests staying longer than a few days, and shockingly, it was exactly the same every single day. Servers frequently got orders wrong or forgot them altogether. Nearly every bill we received included items we never ordered, which felt dishonest and frustrating.

Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the staff came across as performative rather than genuinely hospitable. When small issues or concerns were raised, they seemed completely unbothered. By the end of our stay, we couldn’t wait to leave. My partner and I also overheard many other guests complaining throughout the week.

I have traveled extensively and have never written a hotel review before, but this experience warranted it. The stay felt like a complete waste of money and, frankly, a rip-off for such a poor overall experience
