L’équipe d’accueil et la direction très cordiale

L’établissement est dans un état qui respecte pas ses 5 étoiles : porte basculante bloquée / cassée depuis notre arrivée et jamais réparée . Tapis non propres.
Pas de machine espresso dans la chambre, étonnant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles en Italie (à la place, du café soluble) .
Petits problèmes : porte de la salle de bain bloquée - service très gentil qui nous dépanne la nuit. Mais le lendemain on retrouve la serrure de la porte montée à l’envers (donc pas possible de fermer la porte des toilettes depuis l’intérieur). Pas grave mais pas normal pour un 5 ***** vu le prix qu’on paie

The fact that out 12 year old child had to sleep on a sofa which was short, not long enough to accomodate him. Even though we announced the staff, no solution (bigger mobile bed or any other solution) was found.
Also it was annoying to hear every morning in the breakfast restaurant the staff cleaning, arranging the cuttlery just near our tables. They always had plates and cuttlery being brought to the tables in the noisiest way possible. Some more privacy and attention to the customers is required considering everyone longs for silence in their holidays. Cleaning and arranging could be done right after the customers leave the breakfast area or in a more quiet manner so that the customers does not hear a thing! This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel restaurant not a student cafeteria.

1、The corn served at breakfast was expired canned corn from the buffet. It was clearly moldy and had visible stringy slime on it. The entire surface was covered with sticky, stretchy residue.
We often eat canned corn at home, and when it’s opened properly, the kernels are separate and clean — nothing like this. When we pointed it out to the staff, she said it was normal, which was very concerning.
We were worried that other guests might get sick, so we repeatedly requested that it be replaced. Only then did they change it. What’s worse, this situation lasted for two days. 2. At the time of final checkout, we were still charged 1,000 euros more than we should have been. Everyone should carefully check their bill.
When we questioned the charges, the staff repeatedly insisted that the bill was correct. However, after we communicated with them several times, they finally discovered that they had made a mistake on the bill and overcharged us by 1,000 euros.
The situation became very tense, and we ended up arguing at the front desk. 3. La piscina della spa può essere utilizzata solo per un’ora al giorno e solo su prenotazione. Tra cambiarmi, entrare e uscire, perdo già 20–30 minuti, quindi una volta dentro bisogna letteralmente correre per lavarsi.
Inoltre, dopo le 15:00 i bambini non sono più ammessi. Noi viaggiamo con bambini per sciare: scendere dalla montagna richiede già tempo e di solito torniamo verso le 15:00. Proprio per questo avevamo scelto un hotel a cinque stelle con piscina, così i bambini potevano sciare e poi rilassarsi in acqua.
Questo hotel non offre alcun rapporto qualità-prezzo. Per andare in piscina ci sono regole su regole, bisogna controllare continuamente l’orologio, come se fosse un consumo a tempo. Siamo in vacanza, non in un addestramento militare！4. The minibar in the room contained only water and nothing else. In the middle of the night, we wanted to have some juice, but there was absolutely nothing available.

It felt a bit overpriced for the quality. Not sure the place is good enough to charge €56 for two small gin and tonics! Parking €40 per day etc. Not ludicrous, just on the wrong side of value.
Breakfast buffet was ok but hot food was consistently cold!
We were "upgraded" to a larger room on arrival - unfortunately this was opposite the lift and next to a staff room, so was noisy. Also, the shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom. We downgraded ourselves to the room we originally booked which was fine.
