Great hotel: very clean, well maintained, and excellent food!
Pros:

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the center and very close to the lifts. The room was spotless, well-equipped, with free water and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food, and dinner at the restaurant was amazing too.

Cons:

Although the room was at the back of the hotel and generally very quiet, the ventilation system created some unpleasant noise. The spa area is quite small, requires a reservation, and does not offer a lot of outdoor space to relax.

Essendo un 5 stelle ti aspetti che tutto parlino in italiano essendo in Italia, non è così per le persone dell’housekeeping, colazione povera per un 5 stelle, ringrazio per l’eggs benedict offerto ma non è era un egg benedict nemmeno lontanamente, camera senza menu dei servizi e senza menu servizio in camera, frigo bar di un 5 stelle con 4 bottiglie d’acqua naturale, niente piu.

Personale, camera (anche se per essere una junior suite poteva essere più grande) , ristorante e zona lounge

Cons:

La Spa è un po' piccola per il numero di ospiti.
La piscina idromassaggio dovrebbe essere più grande per garantire un maggiore distanziamento ai fini della privacy.
