The place was awesome and customer service was beyond great, she was always there for my family when I needed it and I can’t thank her enough how awesome she was with me and my family. It is the best place I recommend any body to travel and stay whether is by yourself or your family. Any time I go to Costa Rica or by myself or my family that’s the place I will always to choose to stay. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and welcome my family to your place

El lugar muy bien ubicado y bonito, la atención de Melvin muy buena y amable. Sin embargo, no funciona la TV y hubo q esperar hasta muy tarde el Gas para cocinar (después de solicitarlo en 2 ocasiones) por lo que terminamos comprando la cena. En fotos del sitio se ven olla arrocera, microondas, toallas, pero no hay . Ah, recuerden llevar paños y frazada.

Way above expectations for the price, this time I was travelling on a budget, so I set my mind to lower my standards and to be reasonable to what I was paying, however this was way above what I expected, Melvin and the team were super friendly, easy check in process late night on Friday, super easy check out on Sunday, room was super clean, has no A/C but the fan works way better indeed, you get your body used to area's temperature. They have a shared kitchen with all you need BUT please do yourselves a favor and eat at "mista cook", is literally next to it, true and delicious caribbean food. Hotel is not beachfront but we didn't miss that part, as beach is 100 meters away. I'm very picky when it comes to stay, and this -for the price- didn't disappoint in any aspect. only be aware that internet is limited though, is better to buy some ICE chip, as Claro and Movistar have no signal and hotel's wifi works but only allows certain amount of simultaneous devices, anyways you wouldn't want to be connected to your digital devices when you are in such paradise.

I left a 4 star hotel with a pool to come here. Best decision I ever made during my surf vacation. Samer made me feel like I was at home. Loved the total experience here, which is away from Puerto Viejo’s party scene. The room was heaven in terms of space, hot water and a good water pressure. Samer was able to take care of getting a bike and connecting with the town. Felt super safe and fell in love with the tranquility and ambience of the hotel and the surrounding areas. I am def coming back and staying here. I like a party here and there, but like to come to a tranquil place to sleep where I can open my door and be with nature.
