Pros:

Wir waren 2 Paare und wurden bei Ankunft sehr herzlich im Hotel empfangen. Wir waren die einzigsten Gäste und sind den ganzen Abend sehr zuvorkommend umsorgt worden. Das Essen war ein Traum und auch die Zimmer waren groß und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet.
Wir werden sicher wiederkommen...

Tout était parfait !
Le repas du soir, la chambre et le petit (maxi !) déjeuner !
Merci à l’hôte pour son accueil chaleureux, au petit soin.
Le cadre est juste génial
Malgré les restrictions Covid il est possible de vraiment bien profiter de ce magnifique endroit.
On reviendra. C’est sûr !

Nachdem wir uns mit dem Fahrrad den Berg hochgequält hatten, empfing uns oben nicht eine warme Dusche und fettes Essen, sondern nur das Schild: closed
Es wäre sehr fair gewesen uns darüber zuvor zu informieren! Wir hatten eine bestätigte Hotels.com Reservierung! Hinterlegte Telefonnumer funktionierte nicht. Meine Email Nachricht wurde nicht beantwortet.

Top of the Mountain in the middle of Nowhere
Pros:

If you’re looking for someplace WAY at the top of the hill, this is your place. If you want something close to biped life, this is NOT it. This hotel is at the top of the mountain, so top that there is a radio tower right next to it. That’s all there is. There is great hiking around the property.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with a spa bathtub. Really the highlight is the spa tub. Guess what didn’t work, yes the spa tub. So I really wasn't happy here. Did they compensate us in any way about that, NO.

Breakfast is a cold spread and was ok, but it doesn’t get served until 8am.

They have a checkin policy that you must arrive by 9pm, so make sure you make that. We arrived 30 min late but let them know and it was ok.

Someone in our group lost their passport here and we received very little assistance in helping to find it. Then we need to wake early and rush to Munich (5.5 hour drive) to see about an emergency passport. It was very stressful. It’s hard for me to recommend this place as I didn’t feel they went out of their way to help us in any way.
