I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay.

My recent stay at the hotel was disappointing. The room felt stuffy, there was a rag on the stairs, and the noise from the neighboring karaoke was disruptive. Cockroaches in the room and poor quality towels added to the unpleasant experience.

Cons:

Staff collected RM20 deposit,
Check out time didn't mention what time, although my tel was given, was late around 1.15pm check out and the staff said the deposit was burned due to late check out.

Why is the management didn't call although you ask for tel no when check in?
Then what is the purpose of taking my tel?

Room was smelly when check in
Room gas smoking smell on the bed and the bed sheet has a lot of stain.
