We loved everything except the cold weather but that was not the fault of the hotel. They gave us a good heater for our room. Staff were wonderful the old heritage design of hotel is beautiful. Great pool which we sat beside when the sun finally came out.
Good food. Location perfect walkable to western temples.
Comfortable beds. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Lots of hot water. They were eager to please and we were very grateful. Because we did excursions to Panna N.P. and also Raneh Waterfalls and Gorge we stayed four nights and that worked brilliantly.

Loved the prime location but still so quiet. The heritage style suites were perfect for us as we did not want to go out too much. The jacuzzi is a great addition to the amenities. Excellent staff as well, really prompt!
There was no Christmas special dinner which was slightly disappointing. The hotel is pretty good at ts price point and food while not excellent, is tasty and works for a short trip.

Beautiful Authentic Indian Hotel excellent staff - did not know what to do for you first . Never see that level of service and appreciation of guests in the west .

Located in the midst of a quiet place with lots of garden and trees. Birdwatchers paradise. Parrots dominate.

Beautiful hotel, we had the Honeymoon sweet even though we have been married 36 years it was amazing. Pool area and pool very nice. Whole hotel is very clean. We ate in the restaurant and it was very tasty. Overall a very nice stay.

A lovely stay in beautiful surrounds. Staff were very attentive, if anything, too attentive in their efforts to help us. Syna Heritage Hotel was a sanctuary away from all the crowds and we enjoyed our time there.
