Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

Location

We had a family room, which is just two joined rooms. They are clean, comfortable but on the smaller side. The location is great, within walking distance of most things on the island. The pools were great, whilst one was being renovated there’s three others to pick from.

Bon emplacement sur l’île. Complexe moderne. Chambre confortable. Climatisation efficace.
Belle piscine.

Very nice and clean with a nice restaurant. The family room is two interconnected rooms so you get two bathrooms which was good for us as we travelled with teenagers. We also got to leave our luggage and use the facilities on the day of check out which was great as our flight was a night flight. The check out time of 12pm is also very good. There is a free shuttle bus running to vivo city every half an hour which was very handy. The beach is very nearby.

We love staying here when we are on singapore.

We stayed for 5 nights and the two connecting deluxe rooms were comfortable, clean and big enough with lovely views. No complaints about the room! The location was amazing! So close to everything and the whole hotel smelled like something I wish I had asked about so I could take it home. Oh and we saw a turtle and fish in the water pools around the gardens... so fun for kids!

Basic hotel but the price and location were brilliant for the activities on Sentosa Islans

The location of the hotel was great. Right in the middle of everything on Sentosa. There were bough facilities available. The staff at reception were always friendly.

I would like to raise several concerns regarding my stay:
• The air conditioning is not working properly and is blowing warm air. We informed the staff, but no action has been taken.
• One of the towels was unclean and had feces on it.
• I found a spider in the room.
• The mattress is uncomfortable.
• The reception and room service are not responding to calls.
• The room is very small and not as expected.

I hope you take these issues seriously and address them as soon as possible.

Great location and wonderful facilities

N'ayez crainte de vous rendre sur l'île de Sentosa, si vous désirez découvrir Singapour. On peut penser que c'est éloigné du centre. Mais la ville a ceci de particulier que, quoi que l'on désire faire, les taxis, la marche à pied et la prise de métro s'enchaînent en permanence, à l'envi. Du coup, être à Sentosa n'ajoute que quelques minutes à tous ces longs trajets, mais en revanche, il y a cet esprit vacances en plus, et le bord de mer. Attention, toutefois, la chaleur permanente coupe parfois même l'envie de se baigner, et avec un aménagement particulier et la présence de centaines de cargos et paquebots à quelques centaines de mètres, l'envie de plonger se restreint un tant soit peu (nous n'y avons mis qu'une phalange). Il y a en revanche beaucoup d'attractivités, des bars aux restaus en passant par les petits et grands parcs d'attraction. POUR EN REVENIR AU VILLAGE HOTEL, tout y est attrayant, du personnel à la salle du petit déjeuner, en passant par les chambres et, bien évidemment, la piscine aux mutliples bassins, avec vue plongeante sur la mer... et ses embarcations.
