Clean room . The sea view is beautiful.

Even though that the hotel is on the front beach to swim you have to walk about 500 meters.

Very noisy hotel
We had a room by the pool with a balcony, but it was impossible to sleep due to heavy road traffic
Very poor sound insulation in the rooms
Rooms are outdated
Staff did not feel genuinely kind; only the night guard was really friendly and welcoming
We were charged 60 baht for two bottles of water that were accidentally drunk
Little help from staff with booking activities or giving advice

Small & cozy hotel but very clean with big rooms. The staff is very good too. We had a great stay.

Pros:

Very nice modern property, only 38 rooms overlooking the beach, relaxing and comfortable. Great spacious, modern rooms and a very well maintained property. Wonderful friendly staff and very helpful.

At the quietest part of Patong but still noisy traffic. No fault of the property, that's Patong...

Pros:

Although the experience was extremely frustrating, the staff were kind and did everything they could to meet our expectations.

Cons:

This was a clear example of why you shouldn’t judge based on just the reviews. If you’re traveling with your family, dont choose this hotel. The location and the building’s ventilation were very poor. All of our clothes absorbed an unpleasant smell. I really regret that there was no option to cancel.
