Pros:

The accessibility to the restaurant, bar, pool and especially beach was extremely convenient. Steve at the restaurant/bar was extremely nice, definitely made us feel welcome!
Rooms were clean! We had a lovely stay!

Very outdated. The room had water dripping from the ceiling onto our bed.

We gave then the chance to come up with a solution to compensate us. At first excuses about hotel management not being there.

So First there was nothing and then they came up with a discount
On our next stay with them
If we boom direct with them. Insane that they could not provide normal customer service and offer a free meal or refund. Suposevily they locally could not decide and had to be with the main office and then when we were gone
They came up with this ridiculous discount

Fantastic day snorkeling trip and surfing lessons for kids organised through hotel that left from beach out front. Excellent restaurant. Beautiful beach.

The beach club offers excellent facilities, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and met expectations. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, which was a highlight of the stay. However, the hospitality staff were disappointing as they were unfriendly, cold, and lacked basic service standards.

The restaurant menu is overpriced, and the food quality did not meet expectations. I would recommend skipping the high costs and subpar dining experience at the club. Instead, take a walk to explore much better and more affordable options nearby.

don't have the property book your ferries for you.
Their ferry operator runs a shoddy operation.
Book your own, call reception and have them pick you up from the beach.
Great location.
Pretty sure I got food poisoning from the Tuna Poke bowl.
