Cons:

El conductor del shuttle no nos informó que no iba a la terminal internacional, nos dejó en la terminal doméstica y es una persona de muy mal humor temprano por la mañana

Great service, clean facilities!
Pros:

Everything, the front desk personnel had exceptional customer service and everything was so clean.

Cons:

The only issue I had was being scolded by the lady that was doing breakfast. She scolded me for leaving the grits container open and I didn’t even have grits on my plate, someone else left them open. She was extremely rude and didn’t even apologize when she saw it wasn’t me who left it open.

Verschrikkelijk. Geld op 1 t/m 10, de klant op plek 11
Pros:

Dit is het meest niet klant vriendelijke hotel dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Sowieso sla ik voortaan deze keten over. De chauffeur van de shuttle zet ons af bij de verkeerde vestiging en vervolgens draait het alleen om geld verdienen. Er wordt geen taxi gebeld, de atm is kapot, het andere hotel wordt niet voor ons gebeld, de shuttle wordt niet geregeld. We kunnen niet anders dan nieuwe kamers boeken. Dubbele kosten dus. Alles draait om geld verdienen. Enige coulance van dit hotel waar we geboekt hadden? Vergeet het maar. Er wordt niet gereageerd op mijn bericht en ook een verzoek van Booking wordt
afgewezen. Geldklopperij, daar draait het om. Wat een dramatisch slechte visie op klantvriendelijkheid heb je dan. Nooit nooit meer boek ik dit hotel en holiday inn.
