It was clean and convenient for what we had planned that weekend

Cons:

Having to pay to park, I think that was ridiculous and made no sense, if I’ve paid to stay at a property, why do I need to pay to park at the establishment also

Great front desk staff
Pros:

After an awful experience at ATL with Delta and had to book last minute overnight accomodation. When arriving at the Hapeville Holiday Inn Express I was greeted by Timothy who was the best customer care assistant I've ever had. He was calm, kind and very efficient. Despite the late hour he helped me check in and then later on helped me with the internet which wasn't functioning for me. He went above and beyond to fix my problem and I am very grateful. Timothy restored my faith in humanity after a terrible experience at the airport!

Cons:

Everything was great, the hotel beds were comfy and clean and the shower was hot and good pressure. Breakfast was basic, but good enough and the staff were great.

It was a good place to stay and I am going back to the same hotel again
Pros:

Breakfast was just okay but it needed to have more food choices. The location was perfect for my final destination. My refrigerator was broken and the maintenance staff replaced it very quickly and the gentleman was very friendly and professional.

Pros:

Full breakfast that keeps coming, and keto friendly! The room was great, clean and spacious, and has a great location near the Porche building. The blinds kept the room extremely dark when down
