Great place to stay
Pros:

Full breakfast that keeps coming, and keto friendly! The room was great, clean and spacious, and has a great location near the Porche building. The blinds kept the room extremely dark when down

Great value for an unexpected overnight stay at ATL
Pros:

The room was perfectly clean. There is a Keurig and coffees/tea, which I needed because the weather was cold. Beds are very cosy with nice sheets and comforter. Airport shuttle is free.

Cons:

The location doesn’t have a lot of restaurants nearby (IHOP and Wendy’s) and nothing on site. They have vending machines and frozen meals you can cook in your room’s microwave.

Clean fresh looking airport hotel
Pros:

CLEAN room !!! That’s my only request. Oh and a shuttle . I personally don’t care for facilities at an airport hotel . And the receptionist when I checked in , was wonderful .

Despite explaining that my flight wasn't until 6 PM and I had no plans to leave the property, the staff showed little attentiveness or willingness to help. I was informed—without any attempt at accommodation—that checkout was strictly at 12 PM, and staying later would require booking an additional night.

My disappointment stems less from the refusal itself and more from the unprofessional and indifferent attitude displayed throughout the interaction. Overall, the level of customer service did not meet expectations.
