Restful night on our way to Cali.
Pros:

Great location, super clean hotel, good breakfast. It allows dogs for a fee. No complications.

Not good!

Good location and clean

Cons:

Unpacked everything and realized toilet didn’t work. Called front desk and they brought us a plunger, not someone to do the work, for us to do it. After plunging still didn’t work. We had to move to a different room. Pack everything up and move. I am partially disabled and had requested an accessible king suite. They moved us to a queen where there was no room for a walker or wheelchair. Bathtub/shower was not accessible. When we checked out the gentleman behind desk was very kind and apologized but a woman came out of the office and was a real jerk. They refunded our $75.00 pet fee which was high to begin with. Will not return!

Fine. But probably wouldn’t book again.

Staff was rude from the second we stepped in, a younger blonde girl who was working the front desk was not friendly or kind and gave us attitude and judgement right away. Pool was closed while we were there which was disappointing. Breakfast wasn’t great, hardly any options.
