Pros:

Perfect location, pristine beach, like we had 4km of beach to ourselves. Great staff and facilities and excellent food.

Fantastic location and facilities to disconnect from the world's agitation
Pros:

Amazing location and facilities. Views from the room is breath taking with large terrace.
Staff very friendly. Great food and cocktails. Price more than reasonable for the quality.

Cons:

The headboard and bed frame rest on a wooden structure that attracts dust and insects. We noticed numerous ants and a significant trail passing through the room. I understand the property is truly isolated and surrounded by jungle, but this should not be happening inside the rooms, and I believe the wooden structure is the main contributor to the issue.

Pros:

Pobyt v Lankavatara Ocean Retreat & Spa byl naprosto skvělý. Celé místo je krásné, klidné a perfektní na odpočinek – přesně takový ten „luxusní chill“, co chceš na dovolené.

Personál byl úžasný – vždy milý, usměvavý a ochotný se vším pomoct. Opravdu jsme se cítili opečovávaně po celou dobu pobytu. Velkým bonusem byl i jejich rozkošný pejsek, který dodal celému místu ještě víc pohody a příjemné atmosféry 😊

Všechno bylo čisté, dobře připravené a prostředí kolem hotelu je nádherné. Pokud hledáte kombinaci klidu, krásy a skvělého servisu, tohle místo je jasná volba.

Paradise on the beach
Pros:

It’s simply one of the best accommodation we’ve ever been to.

From the very beginning, it seems like you arrive in paradise, the pool, the beach, the great rooms… everything looks gorgeous and is made for you to completely unwind and relax.

It is a bit far from any city, or grocery shop or anything like this but you will find a magical place where it’s you and some occasional fishermen.

Couldn’t recommend more this lovely accommodation.

Cons:

We thought the breakfast was a little bit underwhelming - especially in comparison to other places in Sri Lanka we’ve visited. They give you a basket of (European) bread and a fruit platter and then you can pick a main. For a hotel of that ranking, we were expecting a bit more. We also recommend to swap the croissant and bread by local roti that are closer to the culture and will taste better.

The WiFi wasn’t the very best either.

Besides these two points, it was really exceptional and deserves to be a 10/10 accommodation.

Wunderschöner Ort zum relaxen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum. Man hat einen sehr langen Strand fast für sich alleine. Der Pool und die Anlage an sich sind auch wunderschön.
Der Service ist sehr gut.
Das Essen kann ich nur empfehlen das ist wirklich sehr lecker!!
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auch.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits, und um etwas zu unternehmen, muss man eine Weile fahren.

Pros:

Traumhaft gelegen, an einem abgelegenen Strand bietet optimale Voraussetzung für Entspannung. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, der Pool sauber und das Essen lecker. Das Meer ist nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet.

Un havre de paix au Sri Lanka ! Merci pour ce séjour formidable, tout était parfait. Les hôtes sont d'une extrême gentilesse, les équipements de l'hôtel sont très beaux et complets : petit déjeuner, massage, repas du soir, bar devant la piscine, plage privé, et même des excursions organisés si besoin. Mention spéciale pour les massages qui étaient top !

Cons:

Si vous désirez visiter Tangalle, l'établissement est assez excentré (30min de tuktuk) mais c'est ce qui fait la beauté et le calme du lieu

Wunderschönes Boutiquehotel am Traumstrand
Pros:

Alles war perfekt, es war einfach traumhaft.Das Boutique Hotel direkt am Meer, das wunderschöne Restaurant mit grandiosem Essen und supernettem Service, die geräumigen und hellen Zimmer, einfach alles.

Cons:

Zwei klitzekleine Verbesserungsvorschläge wären eine neue/bessere Matratze und etwas bessere Beleuchtung im Badezimmer, aber das ist Klagen und höchstem Niveau.
