Fantastic Stay with great service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Burkaty and would definitely come back.

The location is perfect for skiing — just 2 minutes to the ski bus, which makes getting to the slopes very easy. The hotel also offers ski storage, which is very convenient after a long day outside.

Our room was big, comfortable, and nicely designed, with a beautiful view of the slopes. Waking up to that view was a real highlight of our stay.

The administrator was extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived before our room was ready, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage, which made everything much easier for us.

Breakfast was very good, with a large variety of food — everyone can find something they like. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious with very generous portions.

At the top of the hotel, there is a sauna and jacuzzi area. You need to sign up for a time slot at reception, but this is actually a great system because it helps avoid crowds and makes the experience more relaxing.

Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, comfort, and location. Highly recommended!

Cons:

One small thing we didn’t like was that on the first day, some guests who didn’t know they needed to sign up for the sauna came without a reservation, and it was quite loud. However, after we informed the administrator, she handled the situation very gently and politely, and everything was quickly resolved.

Facilities for children eg table football, air hockey, table tennis, pool and a two lane ten pin bowling alley plus bar in the basement!
Excellent breakfast and restaurant for evening meals
