Cons:

We did not see any staff throughout the entire process. For some reason, there was a power outage, which made it impossible to open the hotel entrance door. The staff also had poor communication skills and had difficulty understanding us, making effective communication very difficult. This wasted a great deal of our time and energy, caused us to miss our first train, and forced us to pay for luggage storage twice. Since our itinerary was very tight, the whole experience became extremely frustrating and unpleasant.

Non abbiamo visto alcun membro del personale durante l’intero processo. Per qualche motivo c’è stata un’interruzione di corrente, che ha reso impossibile aprire la porta d’ingresso dell’hotel. Inoltre, il personale aveva scarse capacità di comunicazione e faceva fatica a capirci, rendendo molto difficile comunicare in modo efficace. Questo ci ha fatto perdere molto tempo ed energie, ci ha fatto perdere il primo treno e ci ha costretti a pagare due volte il deposito bagagli. Poiché il nostro itinerario era molto serrato, l’intera esperienza è diventata estremamente frustrante e spiacevole.

Boa localizacao

Cons:

Apesar da categoria do quarto estar correta, havia uma escada ingreme para acesso. O anuncio especifica que ha elevador para andares altos, mas o elevador so chega ao 4 andar e o quarto em que nos colocaram era no sotao e essa escada extra era a unica forma de acesso.
Por ser o quarto do sotao/mezanino, as fotos nao correspondiam ao anuncio (banheiro menor, sem janelas e pe direito baixo)
