Loved our stay, would definitely stay again and highly recommend hotel
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very helpful with everything. The size of the room (triple family room) exceeded our expectations. Very quiet area with some very good restaurants close by…three great cafes for coffee and light breakfasts. Loved the nespresso machine in room!

Cons:

The carpet in the room could definitely be cleaned.
The bath towels could be upgraded (a little small and wearing out)

Beautiful hotel, location and staff. Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The room smelled super nice, everything was super clean. Felt very luxurious. The staff was also superb. Also, amazing pet friendliness! Wow! I’m super happy!

Perfectly located on the quieter buda side of the Danube , an easy walk to all we needed to see. Very clean hotel very friendly staff at all times. Amazing shower good size room . Breakfast choice was good

Cons:

The only small niggles , breakfast hot food was not kept warm and maybe get the BBC news service to work. Needed a little more space between the tables.

Kahvaltı idare eder, yürümeyi seviyorsanız konumu da güzel denebilir.
Odalar ve banyo tertemiz.

Banyo aynası ve aydınlatması makyaj yapmaya uygun değildi. Odadaki ayna da ışıksızdı.
Aydınlatma anahtarları hiç pratik değildi, açmak veya kapamak için birkaç defa basmak gerekiyordu.
Saç kurutmanın anahtarı temassızlık yapıyor ve düzgün çalışmıyordu.
Biz istemeden içme suyunun tamamlanması gerekiyordu.
Kahvaltı daha zengin olabilirdi, bazı sabahlar tek bir çeşit meyve ve tek çeşit peynir kalıyordu.
Check-in için 11am de gelmemize rağmen 14:30pm de odamızı alabildik ama late check-out istediğimizde 100 € talep ettiler ve 11am de odamızı boşaltmamız gerektiğini bildirdiler.

Amazing hotel, great staff and perfect location.
Pros:

An amazing location, a stones throw from the river and right below the castle. The staff were super friendly and even left us a little surprise in our room to welcome us. Rooms was big and spacious and good value. We didn't eat here as we wanted to explore different food options in the area.

Cons:

Only two real negatives but these are minimal and won't stop us from coming back. First was the pillows on the bed were the worst we have ever slept on. They give you two pillows each which you have to bunch up to get any support. So highly recommend new pillows. Also our towels were torn up. Again probably need a new order of towels.
