Exceptional Stay – We’ll Be Back!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with a very special atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, our room was spotless and perfectly prepared, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

We booked one night as a stopover and enjoyed it so much that we immediately booked again for our return journey.

Thank you to the entire team – we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Honestly, we loved everything about our stay. If we ever come back to Budapest, we would definitely choose this hotel again!

If I had to mention one small thing, I would say that there could have been a little more variety in the sweet options at breakfast, although everything we tried was delicious.

Uprzejmy i uśmiechnięty personel, dobre śniadanie i świetna lokalizacja blisko wzgórza zamkowego i Mostu Łańcuchowego. Na miejscu restauracja, więcej knajpek blisko na tej samej ulicy (dobra zupa rybna vis-a-vis hotelu). Hotel dysponuje niewielkim parkingiem, miejsce trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować, ale to i tak spore ułatwienie dla podróżujących samochodem, bo miejskie miejsca postojowe w tej okolicy są objęte limitem czasowym (3h) a do podziemnych parkingów prywatnych po stronie Pesztu jest spora odległość.

Cons:

Podczas trzydniowego pobytu serwis naszego pokoju nie trzymał jednego standardu. Pierwszego dnia wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Drugiego dnia wymieniono nam ręczniki, ale nie uzupełniono kawy/herbaty i papieru toaletowego. Na naszą prośbę w recepcji, żeby uzupełnić papier, obiecano, że doniosą, ale nikt się później nie pojawił.
Woda serwowana w szklanej butelce w pokoju wygląda elegancko, ale czuć, że to zwykła chlorowana kranówka.
W recepcji proponują dodanie napiwku przy płatności za parking - można to pominąć, ale sama ta propozycja to już jest przesada.
