Amazing location, very unique building, so close to everything, in a lovely quiet location. The breakfast was really varied, fresh, plenty of everything, staff so helpful, I was surprised with a personal card and treats for my birthday ! The bed! Wow. I sleep with a lot of pillows, it was no problem. Extra on arrival. We will be back.
Nothing
Awesome staff, beautiful setting, between the beautiful historical Buda and lively Pest, just remote enough to not be noisy at night. We came with two dogs and they provided a dog dish, some snacks and poo bags, very thoughtful! Breakfast was usual but good. Closed parking (20€/night) was convenient.
Slightly expensive for dogs (20€/dog), and we have two. The room we were in was somehow very dry, which might not be an issue for many, but it woke me up a few times at night (I have pretty severe allergies).
Service was great, staff was very accommodating with all our needs. Location was great, was close by to almost everything
Nettes Personal am Empfang!
Leider alles ein wenig dreckig & schmuddelig.
Good location, although not that much to do in the nearby area beside walking by the Danube. Parking is free on the streets on weekends, but quite costly on weekdays.
Had a bottle of water prepared in the room for us when we arrived (not sure if it is refilled daily though).
The room was OK, but expected slightly more based on reviews and price range. i.e. the TV was old and not capable of casting.
The breakfast was just OK, which is less than what you expect from an otherwise Michelin recommended kitchen (when they operate as a restaurant). The portions that are available are also relatively small so they run out frequently and you need to wait quite a bit for a refill. When we arrived for breakfast at 9 AM, multiple things were ran out, and when we ask if they are going to refill, they had to go back to the kitchen and ask if they can make more (which I could not understand considering that breakfast was until 10 AM). The tables were also not cleaned properly after guests, as there were crumbs on the tables. It just feels like they were understaffed for breakfast.
Also, when we got back from a long day out just after 4 PM, our room was still not cleaned. We had a bit of powernap, so we put out the DND sign, when we woke up we found another label on it marking that they came to clean the room, but respected our DND, which is fine. It was just odd that they only came after 4PM.
